When it did not I called and they told me they could not even get it there that day. Original time slot was 1-3pm. Told me I could pick it up if I wanted that day. Items I needed that day and were not out of stock were not there when I showed up. I wouldn't be so upset if they weren't items that they charged me for but didn't deliver the week before. They did refund the charge, but these were things that I needed. That's why I drove over to get them. Chelsea the, "manager" makes me a Karen I know, was polite but next to useless. I had caught the incorrect order at the door but the driver did not speak English. Very polite and nice guy but not able to help with where my order might have gone. I was getting contradictory information from the 800 number and the store. If the service is not reliable I have to pay more closer to home or drive in. I am very disappointed the convenience would have been nice.

These people are amazing! They know what they're doing, the Pharmacists are available and friendly, the staff are so kind and welcoming! The Rx I needed ASAP was filled about 10 minutes after they received it from the Dr. I also had an excellent chat with the woman working the gift shop area, she was really sweet! The shop is really cute and had some interesting things, and I found a lot of the healthcare items I need at home! I was so pleased I could have hugged them all!Seriously, I am so happy with my experience there! I will never again fill with anyone else.

She was unbelievably rude! At one point she snidely told me "If your dad wants his meds he needs to find the right card and bring it in." Low and behold, the card she refused to take was he one we needed! After 45 minutes of arguing I finally got what I needed. Since then ALL of the pharmacy staff have been rude, disorganized and difficult. I've since transferred all Rx's to Sterling! Go there, they are delightful! The quality of service that I received from the pharmacist as well as the staff at the pharmacy was way more than I would have ever expected. The pharmacist remembered who I was and went over each new Rx with me fully and did not treat me like I was used to being treated at the pharmacies in the cities, they treated me like I was a good friend.
