While staying in Minneapolis, I stopped into a close-by Walgreens to get a few items. I have alway seen locations in downtowns and this one was right around the corner from where I was staying. I am always pleased when I am properly greeted when I walk through the door. I am especially happy when a clerk or cashier look up from what they are doing to acknowledge a customer walking through the door. This store, like other Walgreens is big and bright with clean isles to navigate through. This incredibly delightful staff was over the top in greetings. Happy to see a customer. Happy to help a customer. Happy to speak with a customer. I needed a few items ranging from water to shaving cream. They had plenty of items to choose from and I pleased that their house brand is a substantially reduced price and the same item. Check out went very quickly and I received the same cordial greeting as I left as when I came in. The team member behind the counter just personified the model employee of engagement, spreading happiness and loving to be able to help. Kudos to a wonderful team here at Walgreens.

These people are amazing! They know what they're doing, the Pharmacists are available and friendly, the staff are so kind and welcoming! The Rx I needed ASAP was filled about 10 minutes after they received it from the Dr. I also had an excellent chat with the woman working the gift shop area, she was really sweet! The shop is really cute and had some interesting things, and I found a lot of the healthcare items I need at home! Jill was so great. She spoke with Mayo for me and verified that insurance was active, as it took a few hours. There was a lot of confusion and a lot of back and forth. One of those days where you don't get much done because you are on the phone and monitoring activity because you need to get that prescription, ASAP! I will be using this pharmacy in the future.
