Dropped a UPS package there, as they are a UPS "access point" and the UPS store nearby was closed. This was a prepaid package, label already done, all they had to do was scan it and send it on its way. And guess what? They took it, scanned it and oh wait...never sent it out. The concept of customer service is 100% lost on CVS and I can't believe they're even in business it's so bad. It's company wide, doesn't matter which location either. You're unable to reach a pharmacist when you call and are forced to go thru an agonizingly long series of voice prompts before you must leave a message. You then have to wait for them to call back, IF they call back. Might be 10 minutes, an hour, two hours, might be the next day -who knows!!? The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider. read more

Worst staffing and service to customers in the 5 state area!!! Very Very Very short staffed! Those that do show up to work are totally disengaged and are just going through the motions. You have to put marks on the floor to tell if they are actually moving, You can expect to stand in line for AT LEAST 30 minutes if you stop to pick up a prescription -- If it is ready -- Which it probably won't be even if you got a text saying it is ready. FORGET about trying to reach them by phone. Answering the phone is not a priority for them... We have moved all of our business to another CVS in the area. read more

I recently tried to pick up a prescription but was told it was processing. The associate asked me to pull back around in about 5 minutes. Seemed fair since I didn't want to clog drive-thru line during wait, although there was no one behind me in line. I asked if I should go into store to pick up Rx. The associate indicated that was not necessary. So I waited five minutes and pulled back around. The window was closed. I thought oh well and went into store pharmacy counter only to find out the pharmacy was closed. The associate's response was one of indifference indicating, "just come back tomorrow". The only reason my review is 2, and not 1 Star is that there are a few very nice employees. That said, we've been using this pharmacy for 5 years. In those 5 years, they have changed pharmacists at least once a year. Our most recent experience, they had our prescription for almost a week. They received it 2/11, but it wasn't filled until I came in 2/15. Currently, our sons meds were sent over on Friday, 2/21, and we are still waiting. And, we are all out. I find it extremely annoying that to get them to fill your prescription, you either need to call them or walk in. This is not okay. I know they are busy and short staffed, but they need to fix this. read more

I have tried to get them to transfer my prescriptions for weeks. I sent a message on their website yesterday. They apparently did not read my message. If they did they would know I have already done what they suggested in their reply. I've tried transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy 5 times, including twice at the store with the pharmacist I also spoke to a pharmacist on the phone about transferring all my prescriptions from another pharmacy and he said he would take care of it, but he did not.  Yesterday I went to the store only to find out they sent a refill request (maybe others) to the wrong doctor who understandably denied it. And they left my insulin in a 'processing' status for days , even though it was in stock, until I went in and made them look because I was almost out. Apparently they just left my prescription sit there and forgot about it without filling it even though the insulin was in stock. Since they did not care to read my message completely (another example of the usual terrible customer service) and because of the atrociously terrible service and lack of concern from the store pharmacists I have no other alternative but to go to a different pharmacy. Their lack of competence and "don't care" attitude could cause a person like me with serious health problems to become sick, hospitalized and even death. read more

My Dr. sent in a prescription on Tues. 3/17/20 by computer. I have been calling them since 5pm that day to see if it was done the computer said it was in process. This is a script I must take on a regular basis, I get sick if I don't take it. I have been calling CVS daily all I get is the computer. Today I was on hold to speak with the pharmacy twice!! 1st time 28 minutes 2nd call 24 minutes!!! The only ph. no. Provided for CVS is the number that is automated to go directly to the pharmacy and does not give you an option to be connected to the main phone no. to call the front desk to be able to speak with a Real Person!! Unfortunately my prescription is only available at certain pharmacy. To say I am Angry is putting this mildly!!!! read more

Honestly if you are a woman dont go here if you dont want a strange man leaning uncomfortably over you. Worst customer experience ever! First he ran my card and said loudly it only tender 20$. Tried to tell me that's all there was on the card when I had just checked my debit balance before going to the store and there was 500. Then he "voided" the transaction and started again and this time he said (very loudly) that the card was declined. Super upsetting that he announced it to the people behind me in line. So I said I need a copy of the void receipt because either you just deducted 20 dollars or the system is broken and I can't be sure it's not going to charge me anyway. He called a manager and together they refused to give me a copy of the void receipt in case I got charged. While I talked to that manager he took the people behind me. So I was like fine, let me take a picture so if something shows up on my bill I can prove it was supposed to be voided. The manager said that was cool and left. And then, that terribly rude Kirk, refused to even hand it to me. I had to demand he set it flat on the counter because he wouldn't let me touch it and wanted me to take the picture of it while he was holding it up and then, for his own amusement, he held it all the way at the back of the counter. I'm only 5'5" and a woman so I was laying on my stomach on the counter to get close enough for the pic to be in focus and he was right over me and I could feel his creepy serial killer like breath on the back of my neck. Of course the other manager had already left so I was alone with this weirdo. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. Then he said super sarcasticly have a nice day. I've never heard anyone sound so sarcastic. To top it all off, I got home and checked and sure enough, the transaction had gone through and the debit card now has about 480 on it so I'll be calling the corporate line to get the charge reversed I guess. I'm appalled and disgusted and will never go back there. I expected better from cvs. read more

They were doing just fine...until... They lost my prescription and looked at me like a leper when I wanted to say something. Bonus in the cashier choosing to ignore me too. Too bad since I used to like CVS and their text alerts. Next day they dropped the ball again and lost another prescription. I pulled everything over to Walgreens, who also offers text alerts and hasn't lost any prescriptions! read more

Horrible!! They always judge you to see, if you will get your medicine or not! Many times I would see them saying they were out of stock, while the other pharmacist would tap on the shoulder. And if you are getting any pain medicine forget it!!! You won't get it at that cvs!!! They all judge!!!! Even the pharmacists are rude! And think they are all that!! Will never go to any cvs!!! Looks like a Walgreens, feels like a Walgreens, just a different sign in the front. It was a 15 minute wait to check out and only one person ahead of me. My rating is a ZERO!!! I stopped at this store on my way through this town the week before Christmas 2020 to get two greeting cards for for my assistants. I took my time and found two very meaningful and expensive cards. I spent over $10. At the register I paid in cash and accidentally left without the bag with my cards. My Husband was waiting in the parking lot and we still had over an hour long drive to home. A little while later I was going to fill out the cards and after 20 minutes of searching my vehicle I realized I didn't have the bag with the cards. I had the receipt and called the storeroom see if they had been turned in or left there on accident. The worker told me I left them on the counter. She was the cashier and remembered me. She said there was nothing she could do and I had to return to the store to retrieve the cards. I explained that I was too far away and already in Wisconsin and asked for a store credit. She said no. I asked if she would send me a credit. She said no. I asked for a manager. She said there was not one there. I asked her to call the cvs in my hometown so I could go there the following day and get a replacement for my cards. She said no. Finally I told her to have a manager call me the following day. She took my information. I never heard from the manager. After 48 hour I called back and requested a manager. Again they took my name and again no response. I called corporate right after both of the calls to the actual store. I was told they would contact me in 48 hours after the transaction cleared the system. Even though I paid cash and they had the cards and cameras to prove my purchase. I have never gotten a call, email, credit or my money. I deserve at least a phone call apology. I can't believe I am the only person to ever leave a bag behind. This is criminal! read more

Stopped for a prescription. Was rudely told it would be 45 minutes by the pharmacist while he waved me away. Came back 2 hours later and it still wasn't done. Clerk was apologetic, but still waited 15 more minutes for my prescription. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have honestly never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Most of the staff are rude and un informed about the products in the store, I asked for help finding something and because I wasn't sure of the brand their response was "I don't know". And on another note there are shelves that are quite empty and others are stocked with expired items one which was a strawberry milk that had been sitting in the cooler 6 months past its expiration date. Needs major improvement in all areas. read more
