The location is easy to access, and…read morethe hours are great which makes it simple to fit a wash into a busy day with the unlimited pass. The process typically moves quickly, which is a big plus. I also really like that vacuums are available for use, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. That said, for the cost, I expect a more complete clean. The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Worth mentioning a few service improvements and more customer-friendly policies as the experience could be much better.

I've been a loyal customer here for years, coming almost weekly, and after this experience, I will…read morenever return. I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.

Wow, I am super impressed with this car wash! If you are looking for a great car wash spot,…read moreespecially one that offers a great interior cleaning, this is the best value in the entire Twin Cities! I got the "car spa" interior service and then a normal exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, a bit better than other auto car washes, but just a bit better. However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). If you are looking for a great value interior car cleaning, this is your spot!
