When the roads are messy I love being able to get my car washed whenever I need it. The monthly plan is great

I appreciate the convenience and efficiency of Crew Carwash. The location is easy to access, and the hours are great which makes it simple to fit a wash into a busy day with the unlimited pass. The process typically moves quickly, which is a big plus. I also really like that vacuums are available for use, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. That said, for the cost, I expect a more complete clean. The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Worth mentioning a few service improvements and more customer-friendly policies as the experience could be much better. read more

I came here a couple days ago when it was 41 degrees out (so warm enough outside to get a wash). I like this car wash. It's not too expensive; and the wash is decent enough. I really appreciate that they have a free vacuum and spot to clean your car mats/empty the garbage from your vehicle. read more

I took out an unlimited membership at this car wash at least six months ago. After a recent wash I saw that the paint finish on my car had been damaged on the driver's side front and back doors. There are patches where the finish is discolored and brush marks streaking the doors. The finish on my car was like new and the damage jumped out at me when I returned home. I brought the car in to show the staff. They were very polite and offered to give me a form to file a claim. The manager took pictures and admitted that the brush marks were consistent with the motion of their brushes. The claim was quickly denied by their corporate office and I was told by Customer Service that even the manager said he didn't believe they were responsible for the damage. I guess the manager was just trying to placate me. I despise the duplicity and being "handled" and then dismissed with a condescending and arrogant reply when I called to discuss the matter with Customer Service. This is the nicest care I have owned and it is only a few years old. I have taken very good care of it and this company takes no responsibility for the damage it caused. Been going to Soapy Joe's for years, but I had an excellent experience this month. In my reservation, I asked for "water only" on the inside to keep a family member from getting a migraine from the aromatic cleaning products. From the moment I drove up, they knew about my request. Special shout out to THOMAS who did the best job of interior detailing I have ever had. I appreciate this local business! It is worth the price! read more

On a trip to St Paul our Durango was covered with bugs from the road trip. Stopped at the Crew Carwash and told the young lady that I needed help with the removal of the bugs and they sprayed my Dodge prior to the was and at the end of the wash cycle it was free of all the squashed bugs. looked like new, nice job. read more

Fraud and Deception! If you want your money stolen -- go to Crew Carwash! Want to become a victim of fraud? -- Head to Crew Carwash! And if you ever decide to cancel their services, be prepared that it will be nearly impossible! Here's my story: In May, they suddenly increased my rate from $23.87 to $43.40. When I contacted Crew Carwash customer support, they told me it was in the "contract" -- saying the rate automatically increases after 6 months. The problem is, I NEVER signed any contract! And I have a 3-year history of using various car washes -- always on the basic package. This is easy to prove. Moreover, during a conversation with a Crew Carwash employee, I specifically requested the basic package because that's what I always do at any car wash. It gets worse. In early July, I visited them to let them know that I was moving and would no longer be able to use their services, and I asked to close my account. They assured me that if I stopped using the services, the charges would stop. At that moment, I was already paid up until July 25th (give or take a day), and I could have continued using their services until then, but I didn't -- because I had already moved far away from Crew Carwash. I trusted their words and left, not suspecting that the real trouble was just beginning. In August, I found out that they charged my account again on July 25th for services I DID NOT use. I called their support again and was told: "Don't worry, we'll refund your money, and no more charges will be made." But today, I discovered that they have NO RECORD of this call! How is that possible? It's simple: Crew Carwash conveniently forgets such "details." This is also easy to prove -- I have a new rental agreement for a different address and a contract with a new car wash located next to my new residence. Furthermore, I'm confident that Crew Carwash has surveillance footage, and they definitely cannot prove that I was there after I moved. And if that's not enough, in September, my bank changed my card details on their own initiative, and the card number changed. Imagine my surprise when Crew Carwash charged the NEW card! When I asked how this was possible, they claimed that I PERSONALLY provided them with the new card. But that's a lie! After my visit in July, I haven't been to their location at all. And today, during yet another phone call, a representative of Crew Carwash told me that according to their rules, they cannot refund my money that they stole! Unbelievable! And the worst part? They welcome you at the car wash with fake smiles. Don't be fooled: behind those artificial smiles lie deception, theft of your money, and complete disregard for the customer. TOTAL: Crew Carwash stole $169.26 from me. Bottom line: If you like being scammed, signed up for unwanted services, and blamed for their mistakes -- Crew Carwash is the place for you. Beware of this company, or your money will disappear into their pockets without your consent or knowledge! read more

This is the best car wash I have used in the Twin Cities. Friendly and well trained staff, and very fast service. I try to wash several time a week in the winter, and the fast unlimited lanes are fast - in and through in a couple minutes. read more

Job done was below standard. I found out the next day after it rained that night and most of that day that they don't have rain check. That's absolutely in acceptable. Even if you get rained on that day your ahit out of luck. read more

Car Wash I went to the one in St. Paul. Worst experience I could have imagined. Took my brand new 5,000 mile Highlander 2023 in for car wash. After thumbs up from person attending the track car came off track and went into equipment damaging the front bummer and passenger side of vehicle. After filing a claim was told Crew had no liability on the damage because the car either had alignment problem or i steered off the track. Terrible experience and I would warn anyone going there of buyer beware. Terrible outcome to put me in a position to go to small claims court for nothing I did wrong expect trust the experience would not be a disaster. Worst than you can imagine. I visited the location in Saint Paul. I specifically requested the service of vacuuming my car. Had previously washed it. The lady was very kind and allowed me to vacuum as a courtesy. That to me spoke very highly of the customer service that can be expected here. She LISTENED. I will definitely return. I felt valued because she could have easily charged me for a service I did not desire but she heard what I desired and allowed me to do just that. The blue air pressure thing a ma jig's pressure should definitely be increased. Otherwise they won me with those because my previous car wash membership in NE had those and they are the best for internal small spaces. read more

Excellent car wash. I've had basic wash and another time I had deluxe. Wax job was fantastic. Very professionally managed.

Staff are friendly and timely with the service. Their monthly package deals are reasonable. I recommend giving them a try!
