The location is easy to access, and…read morethe hours are great which makes it simple to fit a wash into a busy day with the unlimited pass. The process typically moves quickly, which is a big plus. I also really like that vacuums are available for use, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. That said, for the cost, I expect a more complete clean. The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Worth mentioning a few service improvements and more customer-friendly policies as the experience could be much better.

I was received courteously, the work was started punctually and completed within the proposed time frame which was 2-4 hours. The results were excellent; by far the best detailing of any vehicle I have ever owned. The carpets were perfectly shampooed, and all areas that could collect grit, such as cup holders, were immaculate! The faux leather seats were perfectly clean. The price was very reasonable, and I thoroughly recommend this detailing center.

Wow, I am super impressed with this car wash! If you are looking for a great car wash spot,…read moreespecially one that offers a great interior cleaning, this is the best value in the entire Twin Cities! I got the "car spa" interior service and then a normal exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, a bit better than other auto car washes, but just a bit better. However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). If you are looking for a great value interior car cleaning, this is your spot!

To start the wash, you can plug in quarters or use your card and swipe. When you are done you hit stop. I love this feature. Saw this in AZ and honestly, it makes sense. Some places the countdown beer doesn't work or you need to run from the other side of the car to feed it money. This eliminates that. It looks like it has a nice heating system in there for the colder months and they set up also has a hand dryer which I also saw in AZ. I haven't used that yet but it is intriguing. Overall, the wash cost me $4.50 and I'm cleaning a 4 Runner. Thumbs up to this place.

BEWARE: -- The overwhelming number of 1-star reviews says it…read moreall. -- This business advertises $2.75 for self wash - but this is misleading. Customers are charged for time used - not per wash, as inferred in the advertising. 'STOP' button is meant to stop the wash - but also to stop the charges, but instructions fail to outline charges beyond $2.75 - and does not indicate a specific time limit of any kind before additional charges accrue. (It could be after 5 seconds...who knows?!) The wash capability itself is actually pretty good - but if you do a thorough job, following each step option on the dial, the wash cleverly ends before you can finish. Thus, each wash is actually charged about $16. Re-swiping your card will charge $16 again. Be prepared for a $32 charge for one visit to the self wash. My recent experience: After inquiring why my $2.75 self wash was charged $16 (x2), the (nameless) owner offered to refund only one charge, and tried to scold me via email to suggest I should have understood "The instructions are rather simple, easy to read and easy to follow. " as a customer, this is insulting. They lost me as a customer. I'll never return. I recommend do NOT use this facility. There are much better operations for much less.
