Stay away. You'd think paying $16 for their best wash would eliminate any regrets. Nope, here I am compelled to warn others about this wash. The underbody wash was a mist that dampened the underside of my truck. A couple of runs with some soapy water, one run with the brushes, a quick half ass rinse and out you go. The blowers came on an my truck still had copious amounts of suds all over it. Pretty bad when you have to rely on the blowers to blow the suds off, oh and I think it was 50, maybe 60 seconds, like the wash portion a lot quicker than any other place. I'm sure my truck is covered in soap residue now, nice. But the owner saved a nickel so good for him. read more

Terrible experience. Used bay #3 for a manual spray/wash. Only needed to use the "high pressure wash" setting. After putting in my credit card, the spray gun was making weird noises and sputtering. It wasn't working. Other settings did (soap, etc) but that's not what I paid to use. Texted the number on the sign. Refused to refund or acknowledge the issue. Said it was working fine for others after me (he apparently monitored the cameras). NOT THE HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY SETTING! Why would I spend around after less than 1 minute and use bay #2 if there wasn't an issue? What an idiot. Contacted my credit card issuer this morning. AVOID read more

Nice and clean self-serve car washing bays. The pressure washers have strong water flow and the soap works good enough to get your car clean and shiny. Vacuums work well too. Overall, a solid and affordable diy option for keeping your car looking good. read more

I went early on a Thursday and have used this location in the past. This is only for the do-it-yourself side of the business which I've got a thing for. Bays are clean which is nice. To start the wash, you can plug in quarters or use your card and swipe. When you are done you hit stop. I love this feature. Saw this in AZ and honestly, it makes sense. Some places the countdown beer doesn't work or you need to run from the other side of the car to feed it money. This eliminates that. It looks like it has a nice heating system in there for the colder months and they set up also has a hand dryer which I also saw in AZ. I haven't used that yet but it is intriguing. Overall, the wash cost me $4.50 and I'm cleaning a 4 Runner. Thumbs up to this place. read more

This is the 2nd worst car wash experience I've had; the only other time was a homeless guy throwing a cup of soda pop at my car for not giving him change as I finished drying (but that's not the owner's fault and it happened in another state). 1. Unless I missed something (then my apologies), the sign did not adequately state that you would need a membership to have a free vacuum with Executive or above washes. As I travel for work, it is impractical for me to get a membership anywhere. Even then, when I called about it (Dec 8 2020 2:35 PM), I would've appreciated a direct, unequivocal answer, rather than beating around the bush and telling me to swipe my card, which I had to almost interrogate the rep that answered the phone that I would be paying for vacuum usage by doing so, and that a free vacuum was for those with a membership only. Answering questions this way only serves to undermine the integrity of how business is conducted, and I hope that rep is made aware of this fact. 2. As you can see in the attached photo, the soft-touch car wash failed to wash the rear right side of the car; the car was placed in "Park" with the parking brake applied until it came time to dry the car, so I'm very sure it's not the actions of me or my car (as the owner seemed to place the onus upon another reviewer's actions). I emailed with largely the same issues and received a response stating that a refund shall be sent, but I hope this review places the onus on the owner to fix it, especially as there seems to be other similar reviews concerning the soft-touch wash. read more

Horrible wash, wasted $9. Soft touch was out of service so used the touch free. It did not clean one spot of the car. Horrible!!! So based on the owners reply, it's my fault for only spending $9. I've used a lot of self service cash washes, $5-6 basic washes, and 100% better results. From out of town so nothing I'm going to do. Don't get the prepaid for the soft touch car wash. This has been down every time I go to use it. It's a ripoff. Owner does not offer any refunds. So, I paid $27/month for something that does not work. You cannot use the prepaid for the other automatic. On 3/6/20 paid for touch less $11. Drove in and equip barely put soap on. No high pressure wash or rinse. Had to pull into manual bay to rinse off soapy car. Muddy bay. Left message for owners - no response. Very poorly run business. read more

Very expensive for self wash. I have spent $10 to wash it myself . Spray gun pipe was broken and spraying water all over me.

Im a delivery contractor, I like my car clean. It's winter, anything that can freeze over will. With that said, the door to the touchless car wash was froze shut (-26 degrees). It took me only 1 call to resolve the issue, which is excellent customer service! This car wash is way better than the old owners. Reccomended. read more

This is my first winter in Minnesota and I'm leasing a new car so I've been coming here every 1-2 weeks to spray down my car and undercarriage to keep it free of salt and road dirt instead of spending 7-9 dollars a week at an automated car wash. The problem with this place is that it isn't kept up at all. Usually at least one stall is out of service which equates to long lines. None of the credit card swipers in the individual bays work. The drains are regularly clogged leaving several inches of standing water in the bays. Hoses leak, garage doors don't open, are slow to open, or get stuck halfway. Whoever owns or runs this place needs to do a better job of maintaining the equipment, it's ridiculous. read more
