I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.

During a visit on 01/27/2020, I was told they wanted to adjust my hips. I was not aware beforehand that a drop-table technique would be used. Within the next couple of days, my symptoms returned and I lost sensation again. I went back and explained what had happened, but the additional side-posture adjustments did not help. I gave treatment two more chances and experienced no improvement. My biggest concern was that after my condition worsened, I did not feel that the office addressed the issue in a way that helped me. I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and without answers. This is my honest experience. I did not get the outcome I was seeking, and I would not return.

They listen to you and even though you might think or know what you want, they listen and solve problems with vast experience. I have not had my back pain upon waking up since 1 month after I started. My initial exam showed my cervicals going totally in the wrong direction. With exercises in office and homework for gym or home plus the weekly's adjustments, not only does my x ray show improvement; I am walking testament to that improvement. The natural curvature of my cervical line is coming back. And along that my hips, spine, shoulders and thighs got a whole lot of improvement. The team has many ways to treat you beside the adjustment. There is an elbow treatment for knots and pain that feels amazing and solves the situation. I cannot say enough good things about West End Chiropractic. It will sound unbelievable but in the past 4 months I have not had the back pain I had been having for the past 8 years. Why in the world would someone have to pay for future treatments when they don't even know if they will work?? Also, the fake physical therapy is a JOKE.
