Together, we came up with a plan that included adjustments and massages with Krista, who is a fantastic masseuse. After a few weeks, I was feeling noticeably better, and the before-and-after X-rays made the improvement clearly visible. At the same time, I had been struggling with my forearm after tweaking it while doing curls. For nearly a year, I saw a physical therapist and even received a PRP injection, but nothing seemed to be relieving the pain. Dr. Brent recommended I try laser therapy, and after about six sessions, my forearm was feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to trying it on other areas that have been giving me trouble. Whether you're dealing with spinal pain or any other joint pain, I highly recommend the team at Total Spine Maple Grove. I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.
