I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.

Together, we came up with a plan that included adjustments and massages with Krista, who is a fantastic masseuse. After a few weeks, I was feeling noticeably better, and the before-and-after X-rays made the improvement clearly visible. At the same time, I had been struggling with my forearm after tweaking it while doing curls. For nearly a year, I saw a physical therapist and even received a PRP injection, but nothing seemed to be relieving the pain. Dr. Brent recommended I try laser therapy, and after about six sessions, my forearm was feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to trying it on other areas that have been giving me trouble. Whether you're dealing with spinal pain or any other joint pain, I highly recommend the team at Total Spine Maple Grove. I continue to go in for occasional maintenance visits just to keep everything in check. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.

Now I walk, sit, and stand straight and comfortably. I encourage everyone I know to visit Trillium and I think you should, too!

I must say I thought I was taken for a ride, as I had signed up for quite a few number of sessions and some decent money. I couldn't have been more wrong, every single thing was absolutely worth that and more. Dr. Andy and Dr. John are experts, friendly and professional as is the whole team. Just superb. They listen to you and even though you might think or know what you want, they listen and solve problems with vast experience. I have not had my back pain upon waking up since 1 month after I started. My initial exam showed my cervicals going totally in the wrong direction. With exercises in office and homework for gym or home plus the weekly's adjustments, not only does my x ray show improvement; I am walking testament to that improvement. The natural curvature of my cervical line is coming back. And along that my hips, spine, shoulders and thighs got a whole lot of improvement. The team has many ways to treat you beside the adjustment. There is an elbow treatment for knots and pain that feels amazing and solves the situation. I cannot say enough good things about West End Chiropractic. It will sound unbelievable but in the past 4 months I have not had the back pain I had been having for the past 8 years. And while this is not completely resolved, each one of us knows their own body. And if you can feel improvement or rather no longer feel the pinching pain; then you know something is going perfectly right. Plus the usual, easy parking, nice plaza, great common area and right off highway 100 at the west end shoppes.

I'm responding to a message I received from Dr. Dana. I will not be continuing care with her or…read moreanyone else at your clinic. I've never felt worse from my experience in her care. ALL of my problems are worse and now I've seen my primary care physician and she has requested an MRI of my situation. I've expressed my concern multiple times and I'm at the end of my rope. Your business is shady and unethical. I've never seen a chiropractor and I ponied up $1200 of my own money (in addition to what my insurance has been billed) and everything got worse and stayed WORSE. Why in the world would someone have to pay for future treatments when they don't even know if they will work?? Also, the fake physical therapy is a JOKE. I'd love to get my money back as now I'm going to be paying for further care, but I'm sure that I signed away ALL of my rights when I trusted your business enough to give you $1200 basically sight unseen. I could go on and on with the various experiences that were unprofessional and I don't have the energy to deal with all of that, but if you want me to leave a detailed review, I'd be happy to explain to potential "suckers" exactly what you're about. Lastly, the lack of accountability struck me as one of the absolute worst "qualities" of Dr. Dana. She has a knack for blaming everyone and everything else without taking any ownership that she could have done something wrong. AT LEAST...consult a colleague if your patient continues to be in excruciating pain that didn't exist until they were "adjusted" I hope that this experience doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. However, when you have receptionists selling "packages" to unsuspecting patients, clearly you're in it for the money, not humanity.

Unfortunately, my second visit resulted in a serious and medically documented injury. During that appointment, my lower back was adjusted in a way that immediately led to severe complications. Shortly afterward, I was unable to have bowel movements, and my condition rapidly worsened to the point that I had to go to the ER. I was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with a perforated colon, requiring a week-long hospitalization. After being discharged, I contacted Dr. Knutson directly. He acknowledged the situation and told me he had informed Dr. Alex Twenge, DC, and that corrective care would be provided. Despite those assurances, no meaningful or appropriate follow-up care occurred. I have text message documentation confirming these communications. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the standard of care and the lack of accountability afterward. The physical, emotional, and personal impact has been significant, including time lost with my family that I cannot get back. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options and proceed with extreme caution before seeking treatment here.
