Dr Floro is so good at her profession, I went there in extreme pain lower back right hip area. I could hardly walk with shooting pain and almost falling. I waited too long to go, which is so important with issues like that in order to get results quickly. I went a number of days in a row and what a relief and have been going regularly ever since for maintenace and overall better health. My husband has been going also, since I went and is so much appreciating Dr Floro. We learned that waiting and putting off getting adjustments etc when you especially have pain going on is not the thing to do. Dr Floro knows what to do and is so good at it and communicates well. I had wrenched my shoulder and was unable to lift that arm without pain. Dr. Floro told me it would probably take 9 or 10 treatments to recover full usage. At the beginning I would hug my body with my arm so I could avoid pain and mobility. It took about 6 treatments before I could sense improvement because the pain was so intense. The doctor added ultrasound and had me do some minor exercises at home. She suggested that I wear a sling to minimize unsupported movement and to limit usage that would aggravate it. Her treatment involved some sensitive, painful massage under an armpit that eventually became comfortable. I am always amazed where her treatments find the necessary part to adjust and what it requires. After 11 treatments I feel almost normal with increased movement, reduced pain and a greater sense of normal. I had been seeing Dr. Floro for ongoing maintenance adjustments on a 2-3 month cycle and have been well pleased with the results. It is a great feeling to leave the doctor after an adjustment because of the sense of restorative comfort. read more

I went to Dr. Floro because of all the great reviews so I wanted to share my experience that is a bit different from what I read. Like other reviews I agree she was very knowledgeable and at the initial consultation she was able to pinpoint all my issues. I was also told I had a weak immune system and needed vitamins and I ended up saying ok. The reason for the 1 star review is due to my treatment and overall experience.  At the first appointment I got my neck cracked which was nice but I went in for my lower back issues. I asked to get my lower back cracked, instead I was put on the chiro table that moves when I move and I didn't get any relief.  She did rub my back at the pressure points which felt nice in the moment but no relief. My hips were still out of place and had the same back pain. With the initial consultation, plus treatment fees and vitamins I paid over 100 (79 at the next including the ultrasound).  Being that she was very knowledgeable, and the rave reviews I scheduled another appointment in hopes I would get treatment and some relief for my lower back. I walked in and was told to watch a video, I said I have to get back to work after so I wanted to skip. She told me that just makes her have to explain it all. There was more upselling including orthopedic inserts, a back brace and for an ultrasound that I agreed to. When I said no to orthopedics it was still pushed multiple times and I felt pressured and uncomfortable. The adjustable table again was just uncomfortable and no attempt to crack my back or realign my hips. Though I still didn't get any relief I was told to make another appointment.  Instead of arguing I agreed and figured I would cancel later.  When I called to cancel the appt the receptionist answered.  She told me Dr. Floro would really like me to keep the appointment. I told her I just want to cancel a couple times.  Then Dr. Floro grabbed the phone!  She told me I needed to keep the appointment. I declined again and explained I just want to cancel, eventually she asked why and I told her after spending almost 200 on two appointments I didn't get any relief so I was going to try another route.  She then told me she could speed up the treatment. What? I went on vacation for over a week and walked around in pain, any attempt at giving me slight relief would have been appreciated. Needless to say I don't recommend and won't be returning. read more

Been going to Floro for several months now and she's been great. I messed up my back and put off going to see a chiropractor since I didn't have one since moving to Eden Prairie. When my wife finally convinced me to go it'd been close to a week later and I was locked up in several places from my lower back thru my neck. Within a week she had me feeling back close to normal. I started seeing Dr. Floro for my neck , shoulder and right arm pain . I am a software professional and with this pain and I could not do my work. Sharp pains shot down my entire right arm which was very weak . I started suffering from migranes and also right knee and Ankle pain too . I started at Floro Chiropractic the end of February and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I started to feel better. I have been to other chiropractors over the years but have never had such a thorough exam from muscle testing to food sensitivity to homeopathy. I just starting seeing Dr Floro to get a 2nd opinion on my course of treatment for a cervical bulge disc. After daily visits to a chiropractor since July, not even being able to sit for 20 minutes due to neck pain, I was beginning to think I would have to see a ortho to explore surgical options.
