I came an hour after it was sent and they said come back in 20 mins, so I went and picked up my pizzas I ordered at Punch across the street. Then I come back 40 mins later and the guy is like, "oh yea it's still in process, come back in like 30." I said, "There's no way, I was just here and she said come back in 20. It's been 50 mins." He said, "oh ok you've been here already just stay here and I'll work on it." Mind you, it's for an inhaler. I also ate my whole pizza while waiting. I'm not impressed and will definitely be calling their corporate office because what do you mean I have to wait this long and keep coming back? Ain't nobody got time for this. Maybe CVS will treat me better and I'll only eat 2 pieces while waiting!

Eventually, I spotted two employees on the floor, and one of them kindly approached me to ask if I needed help. I let him know I was looking to get a passport photo, and his response came with a humorous hesitation--like he wasn't thrilled but was totally willing to help. We both laughed, and from there it turned into a really pleasant experience. He was personable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy. He even used my first name a few times and wished me a great evening on my way out. Just a small detail, but it really stood out. The cost was around $19, which felt reasonable, and the whole thing was seamless and efficient. I truly appreciated the great customer service--he seemed to enjoy his job and do it well. I wish I had caught his name so he could receive the kudos he deserves--I may call the store tomorrow to make sure he gets the recognition.

There is no way it will fit on my machine. I called corner home Medical a second time got a different "customer service rep. And got the same results nothing but an argument and no resolution. It would be very simple for them to quit arguing and say let's fix this and get you the right water chamber instead they choose to argue talk down to you and you. The have never said, "well we can give you 5 pills now and the remainder (85 pills) later and then never call you again. We transferred from our crappy Walgreens in Woodbury to this one.
