It completely caught me off guard and I got so upset and tears were starting to run so I hurried over to the self checkout but was struggling. I ended up having 17 items and stopped at customer service on my way out and left my name, number and receipt letting them know that I wanted to have the manager call me. The customer service girl knew exactly who had yelled at me and said that is common for him. The manager Courtney Jensen never contacted me and so my husband called her and she told him they are aware of Mark treating customers bad but it is none of our business on how she is going to discipline him if she even does at all. My husband told her he wanted Mark to call me and apologize. She stated that is not an option because he will just be rude to me again. Knowing they have a person who continues to treat people horribly and they keep letting it happen shows that Courtney does not care about her customers. My experience was very disconcerting. While other shifts have been pleasant, this visit on 5/8/26…read moreat 4:20 PM was hostile and promoted an unprofessional, unsafe environment. I went in to use the ATM and asked for assistance when it malfunctioned. The store manager (an older woman with highlights) immediately became dismissive, telling me to "call the ATM company." When I tried to clarify, she became defensive, stating she had "nothing to do with it." I walked away to avoid further conflict and said quietly I would let the store take care of things as they saw fit. She chose to yell after me in a petty and hostile tone in front of multiple other customers. After looking online, I realized this is a documented pattern and has happened to a ton of people. This specific manager has multiple complaints dating back over 6 months minimum regarding hostility and, more disturbingly, allegations of forbidding customers from speaking preferred languages or being hostile toward foreign accents. Both are potential civil rights violations and clear instances of discrimination. I filed a formal complaint with corporate. No customer should feel unsafe or witness discriminatory behavior in a place of business. I'd rather pay ATM fees somewhere else than go back to a store with such poorly chosen leadership. I look forward to corporate taking action to ensure this location goes back to being a professional and welcoming place for the community.

At SLC Airport, I called CVS ... to reroute the order to the CVS near my home in SoCal. I was unable to speak with someone but did leave a voice mail. (Thinking nobody at CVS would return my call). So, ready for this? Within twenty minutes, a CVS staff member returned my call ... discussed the details of the order ... and confirmed the order will be transferred immediately to the CVS in SoCal. Which it was! And that's what you call great Customer Service.

CVS did call me back about 15 minutes later. They informed me they couldn't give me a price without the prescription. The other pharmacies gave me a cash price right away. What is wrong with you CVS? I will be shopping elsewhere.
