I would love the person handling my medications to try to know me enough to recognize me at least. The latest failure was my med was sent in, I verified with my doctor as well, but they said they hadn't received it. My doctor called again & they said they did have it, but had 2 profiles for my name & birthdate so that's why they told me they never received it. Seriously?!

Dan from the Gresham location came out in a few days to put on a missing "shroud" or plastic reflecting piece. Dan also gave us some great coaching as far as battery use and on how to use the speed selection and joystick safely. Professional, great service from both teams.

I have been using Rite-Aid for years but it seems to be dying and its customer service is already…read moredead. I put in an online request for a prescription refill and it went through fine. (I rechecked because sometimes the online system doesn't work.) The prescription was for a medication I take weekly, and I couldn't request a refill until one week before. However, when I went in to the store, already out of the medication, they told me they no longer handle this medication. Why couldn't they mention this sooner? Why didn't the online refill system flag it? But it gets worse. I went to another pharmacy to transfer the prescription and created an account there. Now several days later the new pharmacy says they're still waiting to hear from Rite-Aid for the prescription info. Apparently, no one at Rite-Aid is interested enough to pay attention to patient needs. I had already noticed they were getting slower at refilling orders and checking messages, but now I'm going to miss my medication because of their laziness. I am now in the process of switching all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I can no longer trust Rite-Aid to have any interest in my health or the thousands of dollars my insurance and I have paid them.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The pharmacist literally said "Too bad. I refuse to fill your scrip and won't…read morecontact your provider" and then hung up on me. The call lasted less than one minute. I have a debilitating autoimmune disease and must have parental medication that I need to prevent further spinal cord degeneration. The pharmacy called regarding a prescription and it turned out the provider wrote the scrip incorrectly and was very different from what was documented in my chart and in the visit. The pharmacist told me they do NOT contact providers for clarification or to obtain correct scrip. The pharmacist literally refused to fill the scrip and said that I could not have my scrip. Very rude about it as well. Also, this is an injection and the pharmacist said the scrip did not include needles and syringes so the pharmacist said I was not allowed to have needles for an injectable! Huge red flag that a scrip is wrong if an injectable does not include route or syringes for an obvious injectable medication. Another note: the provider told me she uses this pharmacy because they provide her with financial incentives --KICKBACK PAYMENTS --for sending their prescriptions there. Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and actually ended up exacerbating my nerve damage by refusing to contact provider or correctly fill the scrip. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
