You can tell Rite Aid is struggling as a business. When a location isn't being closed, the store is half empty and under staffed. This location is strange and seems like maybe it used to be a restaurant or more popular grocery store. I found what I needed but it's a sad shopping experience. Call that they're open, but I called and they let it ring for a minute straight and then just hung up on me so glad they still provide no service whatsoever. I don't understand how that store is even open anymore. It must be tax write off at this point. They are always out of things. The shelves are half stocked and they Treat people that come to the pharmacy asking for necessary instruments and medical devices as druggies. I don't know why I even tried calling them again. Can we get a better use for that building? Like a new seasons or a Trader Joe's or just something worthwhile? I feel like the only reason it's open is because it's so close to the distribution center. I gave it to Stars because nobody reads one star reviews. read more

My company recently changed insurance providers. I asked my new doctor to send my time-sensitive prescription to the Rite Aid in Wilsonville. The first month, they lost my prescription. The assistant was rude, and dismissive and never apologized. Today was month two. I should have picked up the medication two days ago. They added a code to my account by accident, which caused them to be locked out. The same girl told me, "I don't know what to tell you. Without the code, we can't help you. So figure it out." Who speaks that way to a customer? I asked to communicate with the pharmacist, who immediately realized something was wrong on their end. Two hours later, I gave up and went home because they couldn't access my account. I'm now three days late for my thyroid medication. read more

Used to use this pharmacy when I lived in Wilsonville 4 years ago. Stopped in to pick up a prescription passing through and Chereese remembered me and was so pleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff was amazing. They had my prescription filled before I was even done chatting. Really recommend this pharmacy. read more

Steve was very unprofessional and downright RUDE to the nice lady in front of me in the checkout line. She had dropped her debit card and politely asked him to suspend the purchase so she could go find her card and then she's go back through the line and his attitude and lack of patience or compassion was absolutely unacceptable. When the manager came over to see what was wrong, the lady explained what happened and I confirmed her story but the manager completely brushed off her complaints as well. Absolutely despicable behavior from both the employee and manager. I will not be returning to this location! read more

Chocolate bunnies, fresh flowers, wine, fishing gear, cosmetics, a full pharmacy, and 1 hour photo. There's a little bit of everything at Rite Aid. I usually find myself running here for a quick errand from work when I've forgotten something. They have a large selection of greeting cards that have saved the day more then once. Huge selection that covers a lot of bases from household to seasonal items. Today we happened to be shopping for some school supplies, and then oh look at all the seasonal Easter goodies, lets pick up some of those too. And they don't just have the cheap stuff. They actually stock some of the nicer chocolates and truffles. This can be a dangerous thing. I find the pharmacy staff helpful, but haven't had great or even particularly good service elsewhere, hence the three stars. I prefer the Rite Aid in Canby location or Target in Wilsonville. read more

A nice pharmacy/drugstore and handy when you are already in its shopping center. It's not tiny, also not huge, and has a fairly standard mix of stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they aren't all throughout the store giving you proactive service; I usually only see them at or near the checkout counters, unless they're helping a customer who asked for it (which they're quite willing to do, in my experience). Rite Aid is the only place I still seem to be able to find lactase pills in BOTTLES instead of little paper packets (which, besides being wasteful as far as the packaging, allows many of the pills to crumble before they can be used - I loathe those things), so for that alone they have my ongoing loyalty. read more

Just went there to buy a couple of medications, I ask the pharmacist and he told me were to find those. I wanted to ask another question regarding one of the medications so I went again with the pharmacist, before I even get close to the counter he told me "go and ask someone else" I apologize for bother him (he was alone, no line at the counter) but he doesn't need to worry. Every single employee at this Rite Aid is an absolute pleasure! The Pharmacy is full of the most helpful and genuinely kind folks! I was going to Walgreens before due to the convenience of the drive through pharmacy but have switched to Rite Aid because of their outstanding customer service and positive attitude. I was at Family Fun Center, and my allergies were killing me. I decided to drive 5 minutes, and we arrive at Rite Aid. I think that's the great things about small towns, everything is so close. For all the people that live in Salem long enough, this Rite Aid, reminds me of Albertson on Lancaster. A decent size building, with an empty parking lot located on a strip mall plaza area. Parking can't be an issue here. There is way too much space. When I went in, the place felt empty. I saw 2 other shoppers besides me. There was one check out. Again, there is no need for a lot of staff anyways. The layout of this Rite Aid is pretty standard. Pharmacy is on the left side, and the make up aisle is the furthest right side. Before walking in, there were a bunch of plants for sales. Inside the stores, had the usual; make up, drinks, frozen food, books, toys, and pharmacy. read more
