They are hit or miss on their hours, they are hit or miss on having the drive through open and they far too often do not even have your medication there. I have a medication that I need to take tonight otherwise it will be useless. It's a very common medication. I was just told that the only two Walgreen's that have it in stock right now are closed. This is a very bad Walgreens in both the photo department and the pharmacy. The pharmacy is a hit and miss whether they're open or not and even if they are the drive though is usually closed. So you have to go in, wait in line only to find out that the prescription that was said to be ready the day before still isn't ready and to come back in 20 min. What's the point of choosing a time and giving them more than24 hours? They just seem like a very loose group that doesn't know how to run an operation. The photo department has disconnected workers that could care less about helping. Was trying to order pics off phone and they didn't bother to tell me that doing it in store is pretty much impossible as the kiosk wants to download everything in your library. You can't just select and put it in the few you want. 40 minutes later they mentioned it might be easier to do it from the app where you can preselect. How nice! (Keep in mind this was at a time when the store was practically empty.)Then it came to light that I'd have to go home though because the store doesn't offer WiFi. This store has really fallen in service. The pharmacy cannot stay staffed up. They are completely closed(the pharmacy) one day, or closed early. Currently they posted closing at 6:00 due to staffing. Of course I came last night at eight and saw that sign. Today I picked up from the drive through. They completely have blocked the window, so you don't know who is on other side of anyone. Walgreens as a store and pharmacy used to be my favorite go-to and now it has been disappointment after disappointment at the Wilsonville location. I am on hold waiting to speak to a pharmacy rep as I write this, and I am still on hold and it is currently 59 minutes and counting. Many times the store closes in the middle of the afternoon or the pharmacy is closed due to staffing shortages. The employees are great though and still try to do the best they can to provide service with a smile. I do understand the struggles of maintaining reliable employees or finding employees, seems the workforce disappeared after Covid. Their corporate office needs to step up and provide more support to their stores. read more

Wouldn't allow me to give a no star rating? First called the Wilsonville location to confirm prescription was ready, I was put on perpetual hold. Frustration got the best of me, so I jumped in my car, drove the 15 minutes to the same location I had called and immediately learned why no one had answered the phone, they closed TWO hours early, employee shortage. Should not be the customers problem. No message on the phone, only a sign on the door. Now my only solution to filling my prescription is to drive anther 30 minutes to another Walgreens that is open 24 hrs. Better call first, good thing, computer has no record of the prescription. Do not buy the Vanilla Gift Visa cards offered at Walgreen's. I purchased a $200 card that was not properly printed (12 of the 16 digits displayed and no 3-digit CVC code). Walgreen's cannot refund the $200 and I am forced to go to Vanilla Gift Card. Unfortunately I've had 4 calls into them (each 30+ minutes waiting). On my fourth attempt I finally got through to a customer service rep. They opened a 'case file' to investigate, required I email my driver's license, receipt, front and back of card. They need 7 business days to investigate and 14 business days to replace (no guarantees they will do either based on reviews from others). Waiting 30 days to receive a replacement card seems unreasonable and based on other reviews where customer's never got refunds even after doing these steps and waiting months -- it appears we have just thrown away $200. When I went to Walgreen's in Wilsonville to get help there is nothing they can do. I do not believe Walgreen's should carry any of these cards in their stores. Online reviews of Vanilla Gift card customer service show they are at 1.1 rating and frequently called thieves. I hope Walgreen's does the right thing and pull all Vanilla Gift cards from their stores across the country. This pharmacy is so disorganized. On MANY occasions, I get notified that our prescriptions are ready, so I drive 20 miles to pick them up, only to find when I arrive that they're randomly closed without notice due to being "short staffed". Their drive up window is also closed 99% of the time, citing the same reason. Other times, I'll wait (and wait) for a prescription in line, only to have them come back and tell me they can't fill it for one reason or another, despite the app saying it's "in process" or ready for pick up. Never an apology for inconvenience or lack of effective, helpful communication. I'm so fed up that it's now worth it to me to go through the hassle of changing pharmacies. read more

Not my local, but I was in the area and looking for vitamin supplements my home Safeway didn't stock. I was headed to Fred Meyer, but when I saw the Walgreen's, I made that my destination. I found what I needed in good order. Store had a couple of patrons, two cashiers. I browsed around further, and a staff member asked if I needed help. Jeez, I almost fell over, you hardly hear that anymore. I had found my items, so I was set, but really nice to get the ask. Check out was fine, I use my family's phone number to get the savings and the clerk said, soon in the future, that account will also have to provide an email address for the discount. The pharmacy is poorly managed. No pharmacist showed up on Sunday though it is open on Sundays. My husband had an appointment for a vaccine on Sunday. The attendant in the store said to call back on Monday about rescheduling. But when we called back on Monday, they would not fit my husband in for an appointment. They told him to start all over by booking again online. But when we went to do that, there were no appointments available. Also, there are long lines and they are way backed up on giving scheduled vaccines. Poor management. read more

This is about the photo center. I miss the days where film could be dropped off and available the same day. Anyway, every 6 months they clear out their old photos. Unfortunately, mine were thrown out because I completely spaced and forgot about them until recently. Even more depressing is the photos were of my 10 year high school reunion. My question: since my phone number was associated with the photos why wasn't I called before they were thrown out? It seems wasteful to at least not try to call the person so they get their photos and Walgreens gets money. read more

My Husband and I switched to Walgreens a couple months ago. First thought great a drive thru no only 2 xs open because of staff shortage, Next the text you get say all is ready, you get there and it is not, Stopped after work got in line to find that only one of 5 were ready yesterday. If I could give zero stars I would. Completely sabotaged my treatment plan that my dr had for me. Didn't dispense my full amount of medication that I need as I am very sick, gave me less than half. This location does not prove nor indicate they care for their customers. They have visibly posted hours of operation, but chose not to follow them. Their service is hit or miss. I placed an online order for photos. I went to pick them up, along with other things, and when I arrived the location was closed. I arrived a little after 9:30 PM, yet business hours clearly state they should be open until 10 PM. I was sick and wanted to pick up some cold medicine while there, but since they decided to close early I went to Fred Meyer and spent money there instead. It's a shame that I will not be shopping at this Walgreens anymore because they have a great selection and I often find good deals. However, if they cannot care about the customers that keep their business running then I have no business to walk through their doors. Walgreen's is the store you go to when you were stupid enough to shop everywhere else first. One of life's best kept secrets is that Walgreen's carries everything. How on earth to they fit so much inventory into these stores! The Wilsonville Walgreen's is easily accessible with good parking, and a handy drive-thru pharmacy. I don't use drugs, but when I do, I get them here. Store is always clean and service is good. I was trying to get my Rx refilled online but it said none available and wouldn't let me request one. I called the store to find out why and the pharmacist was very rude and just kept repeating "you no more refill!" very loudly when i asked if she could explain why I couldn't even request one. This is the third time my family and myself have been treated this way at this pharmacy. I would recommend Target Pharmacy on the north end of Wilsonville instead. read more

I will never have my prescriptions filled at a Walgreens Wilsonville ever again. They decided they know when I should be allowed to receive my medication even if its contrary to my doctors prescribed amount. I understand the negative impact opiates have received recently even taking a higher death toll then automobile accidents, this however is no excuse to withold medication. My doctor gave me another prescription to be filled at Cosco which I have had zero problems with. After waiting over a month to try and get the second half of my one month prescription I was still told I would need to wait even after they told me at first they would fill the prescription today. Worse customer service I have ever experienced, they will never receive my business again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board of pharmacy but I did want to post this on here to hopefully prevent another head ache and hassle by another consumer. read more

I would not recommend the pharmacy department to anyone. I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 6 years now and I have had enough of their bullshit. Walgreens has been a monthly hassle for refilling my prescriptions and here's why: Walgreens fails to notify me when my prescription is ready. When they DO notify me that it is ready, I drive to the store and find out that it is indeed NOT READY. I give them plenty of time to make a refill, always OVER the 1 hour limit, and still they are not ready. Walgreens will not give me my prescriptions until they fix their own errors with my insurance company. Walgreens has repeatedly sent my prescription to the wrong location and it is a nightmare trying to get them sent to the right location. I told my doctor to sent my prescription to Walgreens A and I got a call from Walgreens B saying my prescription was ready. I called Walgreens B and asked them if they could sent it to Walgreens A and they told me that if I want my prescription sent to the right pharmacy, I need to call that pharmacy and do it myself. Walgreens pharmacy is incompetent beyond belief!!!! The lady I talked to was so RUDE. I would just like Walgreens pharmacy (but really my next pharmacy because I'm switching) to follow through with the promises they make to their customers. read more
