Their selections are really big even though the store itself is a bit small. I love being able to test out their perfumes and makeup to see what fits my needs. The store being a bit small does create a lot of crowding during busy times but on an average day it's pleasant enough without bumping into too many people.

You would think they could exchange with the manufacturer due to defective products/bottle. They said to go directly to the manufacturer. Smh. Dont need to shop here any longer. Might as well shop on Amazon. The manager was Gabby. She did not make the experience with Sephora too pleasant. I understand she stuck with the 30 day policy to the "T". Lost a customer for life. Again smh.

I wasn't impressed. Or placated by the break down of charges your system sent me. Charges that , once again, I was NOT informed I would be incurring to fix and repair the color and damage done to my hair by Julia and that were suggested as a fix BY the manager herself NOT requested by me at any point . I proceeded to cancel my membership and will take my business elsewhere. Not that you or your business will care but hopefully people who are reading the reviews for some insight, might change their mind about wasting their money.

I was able to purchase several of these cute plug ins on clearance at their Tanasbourne store so I came here hoping my luck would happen again. I was able to find a few plug ins left on the clearance table for just a couple dollars each. Yay! There is a salesperson stationed at the entrance to the store to fill you in on all their guidelines. She also demanded that I use one of their sample hand sanitizers. Bath and Body Works sells their own line of hand sanitizer in assorted fragrances. There is a spray bottle sanitizer and a petite snap open sanitizer. Sampling is a great marketing tool but the saleslady didn't offer a sample, she demanded that I use some. The store was neat, orderly and fully stocked with plenty of merchandise. All the displays were full and looked appealing. I was not greeted when I entered the store. Only one male employee offered any assistance while I was shopping. Their Tanasbourne location is much friendlier and the employees there were eager to offer assistance on my two most recent visits. Bath and Body Works carries a great assortment of body care items in a wide variety of fragrances in addition to their much loved wall flowers. Anytime I'm at Washington Square Mall, I will visit this store.
