Brought my kiddos here for a haircut. We didnt know there was a waiting list you can be on online so we waited about an hour in person for a haircut. Pretty long of a wait to be honest. Overall, the cuts were good. The price is also really affordable. They were also really great with my kiddos and did their hair exactly how they wanted it. It was nice and clean inside with plenty of chairs if you are waiting to be seen. Would go back again. read more

I took my nephew here for a haircut a couple months ago. He got a cool fade with a line. We showed our stylist a photo, and he did exactly what we asked for. Took him back today, showed a different stylist the same pic. She refused to do the line. Said they don't do that here. She literally told me she was afraid to try. The other stylist did his hair with product and everything. She just brushed him off and sent him on his way. Seriously unimpressed. I checked in online and there wasn't anyone waiting when I came in and the two stylist's were with customers. I had enough time to look to see what way I wanted my hair cut, as I was going from hair length just below my shoulders. I chose a pixie cut and showed the stylist a picture as well as that I wanted to do a shampoo. She said no problem but she'd shampoo after the cut as it would be quicker and wash any hair pieces away. I was totally ok with that, my only issue is that got lost in translation or was forgotten because the editing area filled up? I mean I'm still a customer, I was there first, I checked in online. This was actually a pampering for me today, as I have medical conditions that required me to cut my hair off, so it wasn't like I was excited to be going this as I have been growing it out for a while now. But I get when it's busy busy and you are on the go go go. Things do get forgotten! While everyone was nice and I didn't get my shampoo this time I'm hoping they'll remember the next time and I will speak up more so even if next person has to wait a bit longer. Since moving back from Salem this was the immediate first place I thought of going as we used to go here 3 years prior. It is a brand new bunch from that last time I came in, but hey they recognize their regular customers and it's golden in my book! Customers love this and I do too! read more

Just left this place. Reason I'm giving it a 2 start is because... I find it rude and it puts customers in a weird situation. when you go in to take your kids to get a haircut and the stylist demans a tip in Spanish. That's just not right. A tip is a gift not mandatory!! We had 2 kids get a haircut. One of our kids is a hit and miss, and it was a miss this time. He did not sit still even with me sitting there with him, so she did what she could, and still got charged the full 15.00 per kid. (Which is understandable) My toddler left the shop the way he came in.. Demanding a tip in Spanish, so the other employees would not over hear is Very unprofessional. It definitely cought my husband off guard and just didnt know what to say so he just handed whatever he had. My husband and I are very upset about this. We have never experienced this, at this place. I wish we would of got her name. All I know is that she speaks Spanish and wears glasses. I will not be going back to her. read more

My experiences with great clips have been varied, sometimes it has been crap but today I decided to come to the one in West Linn due to them having no wait while my local one in Wilsonville had over an hour. Got a guy named Nico and at first was skeptical because he was unable to find my name on the computer, but after a minute or too we were able to find it through a search. Best haircut I've ever had, asked a few times what I wanted in different areas and took his time to only cut a bit at a time as to not cut off too much. Took his time and is easily the best haircut experience I've ever had hands down. read more

Convenient location, unbeatable prices and nice clean salon. Natalie is a skilled stylist and has a charming personality. She does a great job with my hair which is both very thick and grows in strange directions. I'm lucky to find her after suffering some expensive yet atrocious hack jobs south of the 205 fwy. The place is first come first served and they push their online check in. Honestly can't see what difference the online check in makes as I've never had to wait more than 10 mins. If you aren't picky about who you see ( I'm particular because my hair is tricky) then the wait is even shorter. One nice feature is that the details of your cut are in their system, so whoever takes care of you knows your preferences. read more

I was a bit hesitant, because I don't normally go to haircut places but rather salons due to a terrible experience I had in high school with badly uneven hair. Marissa and the owner were so kind and understanding of the emotional issues involved with the hair regrowth. Marissa trimmed her hair and gave her advice on when to color it. My wife was in tears when she returned to our car. They would not accept any money for the haircut.
