But she listened to me, she made me a human and you don't get that kind of customer service these days. I was dealing with an Oregon Health glitched system problem and she even called Csre Oregon to get the correct bin and group number instead of putting that back on me because she sensed I was having some difficulties. Few weeks back was on my way home and realized I need a ink cartridge for my printer. Stopped Clackamas FM and purchased one. It did not fit so since they were close drove to Wilsonville hoping to make the exchange. When I arrived the PIC/manager in charge of the store was at the Customer service having small talk with the cashier. I asked for their help and was told the policy of open box ink cartridges instead instead of being helpful. Clean and friendly | Floral dept was unsatisfying We shop here for our weekly groceries. I like coming here because it's like a Walmart, which helps me knock out most of the things on my list. Once in a while I'll have something on my list that they don't have, but overall I'm pretty satisfied. I'm mainly writing this review because I wasn't satisfied with my service from the floral department. I ordered balloons from them in the past for my baby shower, and they delivered with no problems or errors. However, yesterday, when we picked up our order of balloons, it was wrong. Now, I'm not that type of person to make a big stink fit and claim it's the end of the world, because it's not, but I was really disappointed. I kept asking myself, "how could they get the order wrong when the guy I talked to on the phone the previous day repeated my order back to me?!" But, somehow the lady who set up my order thought it would be best to change my colors up. There's a reason why I specified the colors and the number in each bundle. This order was for my daughter's first birthday party: 4 bundles of balloons total 2 -- two blue, one green 2 -- two green, one blue How difficult is that to do? It was nice they blew up five other balloons we had at no extra charge though. We ordered the assorted sandwich platter ($29.99) from the deli ahead of time. Picked it up and everything looked great! It was a good idea for our small party of about 10 people. It doesn't come with condiments, so make sure you provide your own at the party. The meat lasts five days after getting it. Overall, I do like this Fred Meyer, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I like it because the cashiers and security doormen/women are friendly. Employees have a dance party four times a day in front of the registers. It is a bit like running the gauntlet with a grocery cart while 30 employees drop it like it's hot on either side. [1] Best. Fred Meyer. Ever. Although I still visit the Tualatin location far more often, this branch is superior and has had a lot of random fun from the very beginning. I don't know if it is the new facility or local management, but the employees appear happier and less beleaguered in Wilsonville than other locations. There were special events, including celeb visits (granted they were mostly C List), for months when they first opened last summer and tons of specials. Things continued to look up once they opened the Fred Meyer Fuel Stop just a few blocks down Wilsonville Road a few months ago. I do have issues with this branch (organization seems a bit odd) and Fred Meyer in general that keep me from a five star rating. This review is for the Newberg Fred Meyer Pharmacy: I typically don't make online reviews (good or bad) and my grace bucket is quite high but as an advocate for my husband and for people treating others with respect, I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the Pharmacist at the Newberg Fred Meyer location. We are very friendly, patient, gracious people and my husband walked away biting his tongue and feeling completely disrespected after trying to fill the same Rx he has been filling for decades at another FM location which just happened to be out this one time. We shop at this fred Meyers on our way home from work. Even though they have the 6 feet please wait here signs on the floor it didn't seem far enough. Hardly anyone were wearing masks and there were a lot more people in the store than what they said they were going to restrict. There was no one at the doors counting how many people go in or out. Maybe they should go see how New Seasons market is doing it. They have the communities back during this pandemic. They even started way before any other store in the area counting customers going in and out. There are hand sanitizer stations posted throughout the stores. Brand new today, Wilsonville's Fred Meyer. An employee told me she was told this was to be "one of the smaller" stores but she and I both think they missed the mark - it's enormous. The parking lot is huge, too, probably more so than they'll need other than at their grand opening. I'm glad to see this come to town, as having to drive to Tualatin when I needed something Freddy's had was a pain, but I don't think it's our best grocery store at all, either by prices or selection. The grocery part didn't look bad, but it's not going to make me switch, either. The non-grocery selection (home, housewares, tools, paint, toys, clothing, etc. etc.) however? Is REALLY nice. And the layout is, while not perfect, fairly good. They put most of the tools/paint/housewares on one side by garden, then clothes in the middle, then groceries. I can't figure out why clothes (which I think people shop for less often than household goods, craft supplies, etc.) are in the middle, but at least groceries are not, so you can go from one side to the other and not have to double back for perishables. I live in Tualatin but have started driving to this Fred Meyer. While I am not familiar with the layout, I love this store much better than the Tualatin location. Currently the store by my house is under construction, so the place is a disaster and a lot of stuff isn't available. This store has a great organic section but the produce section is a bit odd. I also like the garden center. Another plus is that this location offers charging for electric vehicles. I don't have one but am interested in buying one. Nice to know that I could shop and charge should I get one. read more

This is the newest Fred Meyer in the area and man, is it a nice one. After having lunch at Wow Burger, I stopped in to pick up a few things for dinner along. It is a good thing I had no time restraints as what I thought would be a quick trip turned out to be an hour and a half long adventure. I love Fred Meyer and usually go to the one in Canby. This one however, is set up with what seemed like more helpful employees and I easily found an immersion blender that worked just fine for my needs and will fit the needs of my MIL just fine. Had I been looking for more gifty type items, I would have spent even more time here. Love love, love this place! read more

LOVE Fred Meyer. Coming from California, our behemoth choices are Walmart or Target. What truly struck me at Fred Meyer is that I was offered help on two separate occasions while shopping. That just doesn't happen in our big box stores in Cali. Fun to look through their clearance racks which were at an additional 60% off. Usually I've had an average experience in dealing with this particular pharmacy location. However Today while trying to refill a prescription over the phone that my insurance does not cover, ( but for a low cost I can refill)- the pharmacy tech I spoke with (Kim) accosted me and attempted to humiliate/pass her judgment on me concerning that I am only 17 days into a 30 rx. I reiterated that my provider is aware,etc. Yet Kim continued to harass me. Thanks for your attention and attitude Kim! Now I must tell you of my love for Freddy's. Freddy's pretty much served as the focal point or our transition to Oregon from Hawaii. We were there almost everyday for two weeks straight! We loved having an upscale Super Walmart close to us. Freddy's has some of the friendliest employers I have ever seen. Every time I go there, I feel that I get World Class Service and that keeps us loyal. I love how everything is in one place. So I needed Halloween candy, Arkham City video game and food .... I have not been a Fred Meyer customer in the past. I have not found thier other locations to have great service or prices. This location though is the bomb. I have enjoyed every trip I have made. The produce dept. is awesome, the meat dept. has grass feed beef. The employees pride themselfs on service and it shows. They call it the Wilsonville experience. I hope Fred Meyer sees the difference and changes all thier stores to this style and feel. The pricing is still high, but I watch thier ad and cut some coupons and then it is worth the drive. I was here on a sunny Saturday Afternoon to check out this new place. To tell you the truth, I was there for NFL Legend JERRY RICE, my favorite player of all time! Yeah I sat out in the sun for 2.5 hours to get his autograph and shake his hand. I shall never wash the right hand again! It's really nice and the size is about the same with an average Freddies. The Starbucks that was inside is the biggest I've seen in any Starbucks I've been into. The only problem was that the people there didn't really know what to do, but I'll give them that they are new so you shall expect some confusion there. There's a US Bank in the store, not a Chase branch that normally is there, which makes me think whether Chase will be in the other places in the future, but I don't care, Chase sucks! The place it self is kind of tucked in off from the main road. But the only thing is that I'm not going all the way to Wilsonville to go shopping when there are so many Freddies in Oregon. This is my Local store and, being limited on locations to shop, I come here for most of my groceries. I've seen some things that have raised some slight concerns. 1) A product called "Gypsy Crunch Granola" uses not only the stereotypical image of the beautiful, enchanting looking fortune teller that many ascribe to the Romani people, but also an ethnic slur in their name. I have mentioned this to cashiers as well as the Customer service line, but they remain on the shelf. 2) I searched through their Seasonal and home decor sections to locate anything for Chanukah (Menorahs, candles, gelt, etc) and was unable to locate anything until I found, tucked into a corner in the seasonal, a small cardboard display with 5 "Happy Hannukah" signs, 2 packages of plastic straws, and a handful of dreidels. Not a menorah or candle to be found. Why does Christmas, Yule, and Winter Solstice (Christian and 2 pagan holidays) get rows and isles of merchandise for 1 day, but an 8 day festival gets almost nothing? I dropped into this Fred Meyers while in Wilsonville. It is clean, bright and well stocked. I easily found what I was looking for.

there are big supermarkets there are super big supermarkets then there is the wilsonville fred meyers. This place is so big, they should offer segways at the door to get you around from one side to the other. They are freaking huge. I am currently on a baking binge and needed some slightly hard to find items. This place had what I was looking for and on two items that I compared prices to the local Safeway I was surprised at how much I would have saved if I had bought everything here at freddys. It's a bit of a drive and once you get here, it's a bit of a hike. But for price and selection, it seems to be worth it. read more

I have to say this is one of the best Fred Meyers I have been to as far as service. They always have enough check lanes open even during peak hours. Their pharmacy is the best one I've been to at a Fred Meyer. They've always been prompt and willing to help if there's an issue. The pharmacy helps this Fred Meyer get the 5 stars. I love this place!! So when they opened less than a year ago, I have to say that I was clearly skeptical about them coming to town. I live in the Old Town neighborhood of Wilsonville and their presence was definitely going to change the feel and look of the neighborhood. It has done that, and I can't say that it's all been good stuff, but I'm so glad to have them close by. I go there often, and have found that several of the employees have begun to recognize me. Recently they opened a gas station a mile or so away at the old Chevron on Wilsonville Road. I went over there to fill up and the Store GM was there actually helping to pump gas. This was amazing to me!! I manage a business as well, and I love getting out there and partnering with the employees...it's good to see a big box store doing the same thing. There's a huge increase of foot traffic in my neighborhood, which I'm not a fan of, but that would have happened no matter what store went in there, and it was only a matter of time before something did. One of the newest, and clearly the best Fred Meyer in the area. The store is easy to navigate and well laid out. Produce is excellent and fresh with a strong selection of organic. The deli area carries Boar's Head, which we love. The Gluten Free and Organic food aisles carry a strong selection of snacks and the Simple Organic house brand is better than many of the others. My biggest complaint is the poor selection of quality meats in the butcher section. There's a lack of organic or natural meat & it's hard to judge where it originated or how fresh it is. The beer aisle is adequate and the wine steward is helpful. We use are Rewards Card quite a bit and get discounts on gas down the street and coupons that match our shopping patterns. Plentiful parking and good staff here too. TOP SECRET: there is a Starbucks-branded coffee shop in the store, and the Fred Meyer-employed barista's there actually make a better drink than the other Starbucks in town & they don't screw up my drink (yes, a "no-whip mocha" can be made wrong frequently at other locations). read more

The employees seem too stressed to do their job correctly, they have neglected to fill my prescription twice now and after waiting forever they still seem too overwhelmed to handle the volume of customers, Or maybe it's intentional? The medication I was prescribed possibly has a stigma attached to it and so I feel they might find it necessary to play games with the recipient of certain medications? read more

I have asked FM pharmacy three times not to loudly call out my sensitive prescription name to dozens of people in the store at the check out lines. They now have figured out how to broadcast to the parking lot every detail of YOUR order very clearly via speaker at the drive up! Beware of extreme indiscretion and reckless disregard of your privacy. Perhaps if enough customers drop mega corporations like Kroger and go back to local merchant prescription shops and other vendors, then monster corporations will begin to listen. FM has been an okay store to shop, but I am completely exasperated at the 100% failure to listen and flagrant disregard for privacy. I'm should post my shredded FM "rewards" card soon. I've got to give this Fred Meyer props where props are due. The people working at this location are very helpful, cheerful and customer-service oriented. These are not traits I've noted at other locations during my lifetime living in the Pacific Northwest, but the checkers, deli staff and other employees I've encountered at the new Wilsonville Fred Meyer surprised me. In particular, there's a woman who works at the meat counter who always comes out with a sample for us to try, ideas to share--she's very nice without being pushy. Kind of feels like having your own expert in your corner. Again, nothing I expected before from the chain. I'm not a fan of the store's layout. Way too much space dedicated to non-food items, and clothing seems to be the central focus (being in the center of the store and all). Pushing my cart from the spot I grab a lightbulb between a maze of boxers and bras to go back to the food is irritating, but once I get back to the food area, I'm happy. The selection is great. Their beer selection honestly rivals more upper-crusty grocery stores like Whole Foods, with tons of local offerings like Eugene's Oakshire Brewery. The natural and organic foods, deli and even fresh sushi are also generous. Just my luck, a good grocery store finally moves into Wilsonville right when we move out.
