Waited almost an hour to get my photos when it said it was going to take only 10 minutes. Girl With black hair and glasses. Didn't say anything at all, but my name and "here" with my receipt. She got upset when I paid her with exact change rolling her eyes and making faces. Her friends were right behind me waiting to talk to her. To make things even better, they offer same day delivery! Today I needed a couple days worth of a medication due to another pharmacy (not Q-Bit) not being able to deliver my prescription on time. Q-Bit is my default pharmacy, so my doctor's office sent the prescription right to them. They weren't able to fill it as they had to close early because of a staff emergency. The person I spoke with was able to transfer the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy. She even went out of her way to text me 30 minutes later to make sure the pharmacy received the prescription! I have always had 10/10 service from Q-Bit. They can usually fill prescriptions quickly and always communicate promptly. I think, as a society, we need to get back to giving our hard-earned cash to businesses that treat us with dignity and value customer service. Q-Bit will always be my go to!
