Idk who works at the CVS Photo booth in Patterson but I got the rudest service ever. First of all, I got no text message that when my photos were ready. Waited almost an hour to get my photos when it said it was going to take only 10 minutes. Girl With black hair and glasses. Didn't say anything at all, but my name and "here" with my receipt. She got upset when I paid her with exact change rolling her eyes and making faces. Her friends were right behind me waiting to talk to her. I don't care how upset you are with your day or who ruined it you never treat customers like this. Wish I can put zero stars. read more

CVS pharmacy is amazing and from what I've seen the people who work at CVS are so nice and it's very clean and its just a good cvs but when ever drive up to CVS to get some stuff they take like 10-20m plus sometimes when I'm not in the drive thru and I'm calling from home they sometimes don't pick up the phone and always says sorry where not open or something like that when there actually open and when I'm in the drive thru I can see through there window no one was there and i was like what the heck your open get to business also I'm pretty sure when I was inside the pharmacy I heard some lady yell at a person working there over all nice pharmacy workers where bad . read more

Unfortunately my business today lead me to come Into this establishment for the pharmacy. Inquiring on my prescription meds I promised myself not to come but today I had too. I was rudely approached by The Pharmacist, Michelle and boy she could not let things go. Pretty much asking why am I there and not at some other pharmacy. In regards to previous Yelp review I wrote. Shows her true color trying to confront someone who wrote a truthful review about her attitude and how it shows. All in all still nothing has change. I see why people agreed with my first posting. And singling her out as being unprofessional. She's still rude and still a word I can not write or say B; word. My review does not change one bit. This particular CVS is my go-to. They have really done a great job in keeping their shelves stocked and their customers cared for during COVID. The current pharmacy workers, though, are amazing. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond every time that I've called, without complaint. In dire need of a new pharmacist, Michelle is a person who refuses to help people with COVID and instead makes them drive to pick up their prescription to get others sick? Not sure what her excuse is but she didn't need to withhold our medicine since it isn't a controlled substance according to cvs corporate, my brother went in and she made a racist remark "you people" this woman has mental issues of her own and she isn't qualified to be in the health industry. When asked her name she insisted on not telling me! Zero stars. Worst CVS ever. I hate how when you call a CVS you can never get a live person for like 20-30 mins. Always on hold forever when we call. They won't pick the phone up in the morning, either. For example today I've been calling since they opened at 8am. Recently went here to pick up a prescription for my brother with Covid 19. Michelle asked if my brother had his covid vaccine,I said no. So from there she refused service completely. And I said was "refusal of service ok" and she replied "wow 'you people really try to work the system", I replied "you people ok?" And as I was waiting for the prescription she starts shuffling through everything very angry , so I began to record for my safety, and then she comes up to me and says "imma call the police on you for threatening me" I said "that's fine I know the deputies here its ok" so from that she had enough and said my brother with covid 19 , who on doctors orders to quarantine , to come pick up the medication. So my sick brother came to the cvs here and picked it up. I wouldn't recommend to pick up medication from a pharmacist who refuses service medical service, is more the obviously discriminatory against "my people", threatens make a falsified police report and then has a covid 19 patient come pick up there medication, when i was there to pick it up for them. CVS Patterson-Pharmacy Department. This pharmacy and staff has got to be the most unprofessional people on the planet. I have had my scripts transferred here from Contra Costa County where I live. I'm here in Patterson temporarily. Every time I go for my script these chick's battle me always. I'm not going 2 go into detail but let's just say today, I pulled up 2 the drive thru and had it not been 4 me being in my pajamas it wouldn't have been nice. I wish I could have given this pharmacy a 000000000000000000 the drive thru clerk was so rude they are the worst my husband had the flu we dropped his medicine off they said 1 hr then I come back there was an issue that I had to help to the get doctor on the line for them. So they say come back in 30 minutes when I come back the pharmacist says well I just got off the phone with the doctor which was a lie .... they tell 15 mins the staff is beyond rude and the pharmacist Michelle she was the rudest what would the staff learn from her I'm not a person. I don't understand how the pharmacist Michelle has not been reprimanded for her actions, she is unprofessional, lacks humility, racist, deceiving in regards to giving false information in order to get your prescription prescribed by your doctor, and discriminates against those simply seeking their prescription To be filled. To have a pharmacist such as Michelle is unfortunate, because she isn't connected with the majority of patients that have commented on Yelp, most likely the tech assistants will follow her lead in her behavior making that whole pharmacy department a misconduct. I was amazed on reading how many reviews she and the staff had throughout the years. I have had an encounter with her recently in which nothing was resolved due to her lack of communication and willingness her way of resolving an issue is to hang up in your face multiple times in hopes that you remain silent and not exercise your right to correct the situation. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years and am appalled on how CVS pharmacist and staff address their patients. Hopefully CVS corporate will review such reviews and hear the communities plead for change. I have been using the medical pharmacy portion of this cvs for 6 months, but not the rest of the store, pharmaceutical area review only. They have not once in 6 months processed my monthly medication pick up successfully. It can be very frustrating on its own, but when you seek their help to make sure that it doesn't happen again, they put the blame on me. The people who work at CVS Pharmacy have got to be the worse! What happened to listen to the customer and hear them out?!? You may not be able to fill the prescription for certain reasons. But to argue with someone who is an amputee is beyond me. Tiana in specific is who I have an issue with. My man, who had his foot amputated 7 months ago, always has an issue with getting his pain pills filled. And the pain meds are going down in strength!! She speaks to you like your an idiot. When I tried talking to her, she kept talking over me. And when she came across with a smart remark, and I said she did, later on, she's all that's when you said I said something smart. When I tried to explain, all she did was talk over me. She's lucky I don't take Joe's prosthetic and tell her to wear it and deal with the pain!!! The pharmacy told my mother that they gave her medicine to someone else so she needed to wait for her prescription to be filled. This sounds disturbing, but nonetheless we had to wait another 45 min. To make the matter worse they over charged her. They need to work on a better system. The store itself is great. Great customer service and very welcoming! read more

I've had a similar experience receiving insufficient information from a pharmacy clerk and mixed messages. I called to see if I'd be able to refill a prescription because I had moved and I was changing from one CVS pharmacy to the one in Patterson, The person on the phone told me I could and she would have it filled. When I went to pick up my prescription I got a different story from the clerk, probably not the one I spoke to on the phone. It hadn't been filled and I had to pay out of pocket to get it filled. I had to wait which I hadn't planned to do and I had to pay. Gratefully, after several phone calls to my insurance company I was reimbursed for the prescription by CVS but I keep having the same experience getting mixed messages and misleading information. read more

This review is for one person specifically. This person ALWAYS gives me a horrible time filling prescriptions and treats me like I am bothering her. Also, never smiles or makes me feel welcome. Dirty looks constantly. I just don't get it. Everyone else that works in the pharmacy department are beyond friendly and helpful. She makes me feel like I am a criminal and all I am trying to do is fill my prescriptions that all come from the same Dr. I see her and pray that I get someone else to help me. Great pharmacy! I live in Patterson and never had a problem with it. Great coupons great service and friendly employees. Everyone who goes to pharmacies usually knows they close @8pm depending on the place. If you have a prescription to fill and need it badly you don't leave and go eat or shopping close to the closing time... common sense. I really like this pharmacy and prefer it to others. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would!!!! We were traveling home from Los Angeles and my son was violently ill with the flu. Urgent Care gave him a shot and us a prescription to fill for him to help control the nausea and vomiting. We stopped in Patterson, Ca to fill the prescription. At approx 7pm I pulled into the drive through and handed off the script. She said come back tomorrow, I explained that we were just traveling through and we had to have it tonight, so she said come back at 8pm. I asked if it was really so busy that it would take that long? She said she would ask them to hurry and would text me if it was ready before then, I clearly wrote my cell number on the top of the script as requested. We went off to try and find some dinner for the rest of the family. We were waiting near by when I looked at my clock and realized she never texted me. It was a couple minutes after 8pm so we headed back. We found that the pharmacy was CLOSED!!!! She never once said that I should come back before 8pm for sure because they closed at 8pm. I ran into the store and found an employee who said they had all left and he couldn't unlock the pharmacy door. I told him that he could then call the pharmacist and tell him to come back bc we could not continue on without the medication my son was due to take in 30 minutes. He tried to tell me there was nothing he could do. Luckily another employee heard us and said they was still someone in there. There were two employees, a short chubby Hispanic girl with long hair and an old man with white hair.The old man, pharmacist said he didn't know what I was talking about.There was no prescription that they said had to be filled tonight. He shook his head repeatedly and even clicked at the computer key board and said the system was down, nothing he could do. I continued to plead my case and was told sorry come back tomorrow. The original clerk was the one who went over and looked on the shelf and found that it had already been filled. And it was clearly marked that we were waiting for it that night. I was so frustrated first that the original clerk made a point to say she would text me when it was done and that she didn't clearly tell me when the pharmacy closed. Secondly the attitude of the other employees, so sorry come back tomorrow. Even the pharmacist himself had ABSOLUTELY ZERO interest in helping solve the problem, even with me standing there protesting that we were only driving through tonight and that I had to have the prescription for my son. Well, if the system is down, it's down, nothing we can do. The rest of the family could not have taken him throwing up or dry heaving every 15 minutes if the meds were allowed to wear off, nor should my son have to suffer himself because of careless employees. This was ridiculous that I had to beg and be so insistent that the would help me or I would have been up a creek. I will never set foot in a CVS pharmacy or store again. Theres no one behind the register, you ask them a simple question and they never know. They also dont greet you like walgreens workers do or savemart and you would think they would try harder with competition around. Also when something runs out, you would think when you ask one of the employees they would at least check the back instead of just looking clueless and saying " we ran out until tonight," and the suff that i was asking for was by the back door but it just needed to be put away.
