Terrible service They are close to my primary care physician Needed a blood monitor and test strips They said they were ready Drove 12 miles in the heat to pickup Test strips were ready, monitor was not, it takes both to work. Test strips and monitor must be compatible They did not know which monitor to give me I told them to call my primary care physician. They told me no, they do not have a direct line WTF I had to call and wait The person who answered RE transmitted the prescription a second time said that the Pharmacy could decide which monitor and strips to provide They called and Emailed saying things were ready with a date that they would send stuff back I drove a second time 109 temp 24 miles round trip They did not have monitor I lost my temper and started yelling Snowflake told me I was making her uncomfortable Manager was mice but still no monitor Two wasted 100 plus degree trips and no results I told them to stop texts and E mails telling me stiff is ready when it is mot I miss CVS read more

They gave my son the wrong Vaccine!! He needed it for school he got it we left. Then got a voice mail for a call back. Was told they gave him the flu shot. Asked how this could happen and she said the vaccines are next to each other on the shelf. Freaking ridiculous, like you don't check the vile before injection?! read more

Thanks for no customer service at all. Why would these people argue with me about selling mildewed food after the so-called manager Megan and Maria told me my credit for this poison should've been removed from their shelves four days before I purchased it. They also went into details that one of the employees had purchased one as well a few days before and it was completely green on the bottom of both pieces! Slowest pharmacy ever. I gave them over 2 hours after I left the doctors office and when I arrived my medications still weren't ready. I have a sinus infection and need my antibiotics. I don't live in town and when I asked how long she thought it would take she said, "We're really backed up." I understand that, but I also work at a pharmacy and antibiotics are always top priority as well as waiters that are in pharmacy. She told me it would be another 2 hours. It's 2 pm. I left the doctor's office this morning around 10 am and they're still not done. Maybe they shouldn't have picked up all of CVS' scripts if they can't handle the workflow. Do better Walgreens or hire more help. read more

Came to use a restroom because a lot of public restrooms are closed because of COVID. They had an open restroom and it's pretty clean. I also came to look if they have disinfecting wipes and they do! They're stocked up very well and have different options. read more

Do not use the pharmacy! Multiple prescription medications were given to the wrong person. The pharmacist took no responsibility and offered not one apology! They completely violated HIPPA and when I requested the prescription be transferred to a local, trusted pharmacy- the pharmacist told me they could not do that until this medicine was picked up. Clearly, they did not want to tell my insurance of their mistake! Again, do not go here! Go local! read more

We love this store. We use their pharmacy for their vaccines. Love the nurses that give the injections, very nice. The store has a large selection of items, I especially love their beauty department. Good prices when you become a member. PHelisha is especially great and helpful. read more

if you're calling the pharmacy, be prepared to be on hold for 15-45 minutes. sometimes they just hang up on you.

This Walgreens was fantastic!!! We were traveling and had forgotten a prescription medication at home. We called ahead and the courteous pharmacy technician assisted us in getting the medication prepared before we arrived(we only have him about 15 minutes notice...and it was read to go when we arrived). Very friendly employees from the front door to the back of the store (Pharmacy poetry?!?!?). If I ever find myself in this area again I will make a pit stop at Walgreens for sure. We found a great deal on a few things that we would need in Lake Tahoe while in the store, and we were shocked at the low price of the sale items. Shocked I said. The people make this store what it is. If our Walgreens was this friendly in San Diego we would probably shop there even more. A+ Walgreens!!!!!!! read more

This is one of the newest stores built in Patterson. Before Walgreens was built we had just CVS. Even though Walgreens is further away I prefer to come here. The service is outstanding, always helpful and will greet everyone who walks through the door. The store is spotless, very clean and spacious. I come here everyday before football practice to buy bottled waters or my daily ultra red Monster. The daily sales are great and plenty of selections from make-up to food to basic household items. They have a pharmacy at this location and two Redbox kiosks outside. read more

I went to Walgreens Pharmacy to renew my daughter's preventative asthma inhaler and the new insurance did not want to pay for it. The pharmacy put in a request to get it covered due to the fact that it is essential for her to maintain her breathing without causing an asthma attack or flare up and she has been taking it for the past 10 years!
