My mask exemption was not questioned and I felt welcome and warm. The pharmacist and the manager were very well educated on upper viral respiratory illnesses as well as remedies preventatives and the cautions about the vaccines being offered, True informed consent was given. Unfavorably comparing it to CVS where they did not know the first thing about the PCR assay they were using to test for COVID-19, nor do they know much about the injections they were pushing, the current vaccines being offered for COVID-19. My business is going here from now on!

I had placed a large holiday photo order that had several problems, and the patience and kindness that he extended to me while helping to fix it was so wonderful that I'll probably never forget him. While we worked together to fix the situation for over an hour, I noticed that he was also patient and kind with his coworkers. At a time when this world feels pretty overwhelming and crazy, and when people never know what others are going through, he was a light that truly made my Christmas. Finally got the flu shot…read more Three CVS locations later, I finally got the flu shot. Not a fan in the first place but this was the third place we went to for our lue shot. After 30 minutes, the CVS in Huntersville could not access our plan because it would not recognize a BCBS advantage plan. Second pharma, computer were down. Same chaing and less than 30 minutes from the above. Next day went to this one and finally got the shot. Only reason I gave it an OK because I had many of the same problems here, they were at least willing to work through the technical problems and get it done. This is in spit of the fact that they had the most traffic. They were the most accomodating. I'm rating the overall experience. The rating tor this store would be higher while the corporate score based on the other two stores, would probably not deserve a star.

I went to the back of the store and and employee responded to me sounding bothered and annoyed that I needed assistance. Immediately Lindsey who was also up front working looked up and immediately walk onto the floor to help me locate the product. She was professional, helpful and clear. She's done this in the past as well. She cares and is an example of truly great customer service. She's an asset to CVS. It's a shame that others do not exhibit the same hospitality and grace to customers. She's special and both beautiful inside and out!!
