Often times, I've found just the opposite at other locations, so, seeing this made me want to shop a little longer. I'd like to give a quick shout out to my sales associate, (Norma) a 20+ year veteran employee of CVS and a awesome individual who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a delight to converse with. She definitely understands the importance of customer service and is a wonderful ambassador for the CVS corporation.

Garbage pharmacy. Garbage. Garbage people, garbage service, garbage stock, garbage communication,…read moregarbage app. I despise this place, I truly and passionately despise CVS and the fact my insurance prefers them feels like a slap in the face. They do not care for the customer and do zero to hide the fact. Every employee hates their job and it shines through in their shoddy work and terrible customer service. I hate the one day a month I have to go so much it actually ruins my mood for hours--not just because dealing with whatever immature, dead-eyed societal reject CVS took a chance on that week is the worst form of punishment imaginable but because getting one scrip literally involves 15 people, 25 steps and for some reason a prior auth every. fkn. time. It's more than time consuming--nothing ever works; the app, the phone, the computer, the people, nothing ever works and nobody ever knows why or when it will be better. *Norma, one of the cashiers, is SUPER friendly and this review/complaint does not include her. She might be the only positive at this store.

This CVS pharmacy has the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I was in the drive…read morethru and when I reached my turn pulled up to the window around 1pm they closed the roll up window and an automated response stated they were in lunch. I went in the store not in the best mood and the whole pharmacy roll down windows are down? Anyways I spoke to the regular employees at CVS and they are all robots with a I can't help attitude. I returned to the pharmacy a hour later spoke to pharmacist gentleman and explained what happen. He is another robot with a I can't help attitude. I asked him how can I transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. He handed a business card and said leave and take this card to another pharmacy. CVS if you have staff running this crappy business sooner or later you're going out of business!

I had a couple of questions regarding my prescription and I need her to repeat herself because I have a hearing problem. She responded with "like I already said..." she was sarcastic demeaning and disrespectful in the whole 15 minutes I was at the window. As I drove off, purposefully not thanking her, she made sure to say loudly on her microphone, "You're welcome." That was it I parked and walked into the store and asked to speak with the pharmacist on duty and explained everything to her. I'm disgusted by the way I was treat by this CVS Employee. I highly suggest they take her away from the customer service window and make her work in the dark backroom where she cant interact with anyone.

Pro tip: When you purchase soda from CVS, you must return it to the same location you bought it…read morefrom. I know because I recently bought two six-packs of discounted diet soda from this CVS. The first one I drank tasted wrong, and I realized that all twelve bottles had expired in October 2025. I tried to return them to another CVS, but the manager there informed me that each CVS has its own vendor partnership, so I would have to return the remaining sodas where I bought them. Annoying. I did return them. But I forgot to mention that the day after I bought them, the credit card I used to buy them got hacked, so I had to block it. When I brought my sodas back, I informed the cashier that it would be impossible to credit the actual card I had used, and apparently, they don't offer cash back, so he had to load up a CVS debit card with a little bit more than $3--I told you they were discounted! As far as depressing CVSes go, this CVS is on the less depressing end of the spectrum, which means it's still plenty depressing, but not really, and definitely not comparatively. I'm fairly certain that the building it's in, which it shares with Trader Joe's and Burlington, used to be a gigantic Smith's supermarket, and even as the smallest of those three, this space feels too big for CVS. Both employees I have dealt with here have been very friendly and helpful. Now if they could only check the sell-by dates of their on-sale sodas.

She has to start taking antibiotics for an infection & the doctor told us to give her probiotics. Only issue with that is that she's an extremely picky toddler that does not like yogurt or other probiotic foods & so she recommended these drops. Since she was complaining of her tummy hurting off on a hunt we went trying to find this. This pharmacy was our 5th stop & before going we called spoke to Gabe & we asked if this was in stock & not only was it in stock but Gabe actually pulled it for us & held it in the front for us, when we arrived not only was he friendly but he wished us well. Thank you Gabe for being an extraordinary sales associate & helping us by checking if this item was in stock & holding it for us. My husband & I don't play when it comes to our goddaughter & this act of service you did made our nights better. You helped ease our minds & the well wishes made me go home & tear up a little knowing there's still some good people in this world. You're amazing, thank you.

I have a strange relationship with this Rite Aid. It's not the closest one to where I grew up, but…read moreback when it was a Thrifty, we would come for the ice cream sometimes. The Rite Aid transformation happened whenever it happened, and despite that, this Rite Aid seemed less like a drugstore and more like a large convenience store or small general store. Of course, most Walgreenses and CVSes feel like that now, but this was back in the day, and it was a little bit surprising. I've bought replacement Christmas-light bulbs here more often than I'd like to mention. (Our family continued using the old large incandescent bulbs long after everyone else had switched to faux icicle strings and early LEDs, and Rite Aid was the only place we could find the colored bulbs in the right size.) I've also bought a rake, dill (on sale--for some reason they often have sales on spices), water balloons, water guns, super bouncy balls, and all kinds of candy from here. The store looks like a supermarket without the produce. It's been years since I've come for the original ice-cream experience, although I did buy a half-gallon of Thrifty ice cream from the freezer in 2020, at the height of the pandemic. There never seem to be enough employees working, and the ones who are working tend to take their time. They're friendly enough, and just based on the strange questions and customer behavior I've seen here, I don't think this is the most enjoyable place to work. Did I mention the candy? Like most places these days, they have a really wide selection, especially of the largest sizes. But if you come immediately after Halloween, you'll be amazed at just how badly they want to get this candy off their shelves. The deals feel almost criminal, like you're buying stolen merchandise.

Just great customer service. As for management, your store feels unsafe. Idk if you're trying to cut costs but you really need a security guard at the front. A bunch of druggies coming in and out. Makes your customers feel unsafe. And we are already paying an arm and a leg for something we can get at target for half the price. DO BETTER.
