This was my first time using any pharmacy for my new prescription for my recent diagnosis with ADHD. When I stoped by on Aug. 15th, Saturday, around 4:00pm, Bryan C. helped me at the Consultant window inside the store. He looked me up and down like I was a criminal, and I felt judged and profiled. It is my first time picking up a prescription for this medication as I was only recently diagnosed by my doctor. Bryan C. asked me personal questions like, "Why is my doctor so far away?" "Where do you live now?" "Have you lived with near your doctor before?" He seemed like he wanted to play detective instead of help me with filling my prescription. He basically told me "Since you don'y have medical insurance, I don't trust you." He told me I NEED to get medical insurance. He told me he doesn't trust my doctor based off the 2 minutes of speaking to me, as if he knows more than an actual psychiatric doctor. Bryan C. denied my prescription even though it was in the CVS system. He verified it, but since my doctor is not close by, Bryan chose to judge and profile me. I already have a new appt. to see my doctor now because I need my prescription sent somewhere else. I will never use CVS for my future medication because of this guy Bryan C.

She has to start taking antibiotics for an infection & the doctor told us to give her probiotics. Only issue with that is that she's an extremely picky toddler that does not like yogurt or other probiotic foods & so she recommended these drops. Since she was complaining of her tummy hurting off on a hunt we went trying to find this. This pharmacy was our 5th stop & before going we called spoke to Gabe & we asked if this was in stock & not only was it in stock but Gabe actually pulled it for us & held it in the front for us, when we arrived not only was he friendly but he wished us well. We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.
