The Rx wasn't in the Phoenicia pharmacy, and I asked to pick it up in the Tannersville pharmacy; it was done seamlessly. Up in Tannersville I was helped by the pharmacist (Jennifer B, I believe), who was as helpful and kind as I needed. This is the way health care should work. Sure enough, I was able to use their restroom. It was fairly clean for a public restroom, but unfortunately the soap dispenser was empty--only hand sanitizer was available. I was too exhausted at the time to bring it up to staff. Note: I'm deliberately using the correct word restroom--not "bathroom," since there was no bathtub. At 17, during a senior class trip to France, I asked for the bathroom location in a restaurant, and a few French people responded that Americans use the word bathroom instead of restroom when looking for a public toilet, and I have never forgotten that! I have been using the word "restroom" ever since! I'm giving this CVS four stars, deducting one for the lack of soap.
