When I finally got through, I asked what had happened. Jamie was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, then transferred me to her manager, who was somehow even less helpful. To make matters worse, I never asked for my prescription to be canceled, but when I went to pick it up, I found out they had canceled it after my phone call anyway. No one explained why or attempted to resolve the issue. After this experience, I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic communication, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, this pharmacy failed on all three.

After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Completely dysfunctional, horrible, zero customer concern or service. If I had a better local option I would never go again.
