I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

I asked for a manager, and she was rude, saying it was over 10 dollars and she needed my driver's lic. The lady I was returning the item to was of Hispanic descent, and my mother could not understand her very well. The manager, Lisa, said we are an equal opportunity employer. Hmmm, my mom didn't say anything about the race, but the manager did. Never been racist a day in my life. SO if Lisa is not the manager, then she is claiming to be one. Now they don't know what to give me even though I already paid for it and was told I didn't need my reciept they would have it ready. In the end the owner pharmacist was super rude and asked me why I was there and not to come back beause my order was to difficult to fill. So I was refused service not because he wasn't capable to fill the order it was that the supplies were to much of an inconvenience to order. He was rude and acted like it was my fault. They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.

I just need to know if the meds are ready before driving 20 mins just to turn around because it's not ready. I finally called the customer service number and had to file a complaint. I get there and it's not done, I come to pickup at 4:30pm and I'm told it won't be done until tomorrow. All this time I'm waiting, in pain mind you, and not one I'm sorry for the wait.
