Would give no stars. I went in to buy my 80-year-old mother 2 cane tips. Paid and left. She found them cheaper somewhere else, so she returned them in less than 2 hours after I got them. When she went to get her money back, the lady said I need your card. I did not pay with a card; I paid cash, and here is my receipt. I asked for a manager, and she was rude, saying it was over 10 dollars and she needed my driver's lic. The lady I was returning the item to was of Hispanic descent, and my mother could not understand her very well. The manager, Lisa, said we are an equal opportunity employer. Hmmm, my mom didn't say anything about the race, but the manager did. Never been racist a day in my life. SO if Lisa is not the manager, then she is claiming to be one. Upgrade your team, because this was a horrible experience for an 80-year-old. Way to lose customers. read more

Unsure if it is a training issue, staffing issue, or a competency issue but I've only had frustrating interactions in this pharmacy. My medication that is usually $15 for three months worth cost me around $200 for ONE month because they could not figure out how to properly run my insurance. This was after I had to wait three weeks for them to restock my medication and they still somehow ordered the wrong amount. As someone who has to ensure I get my medications on time, the lack of care here was really frustrating and scary. read more

This location is great, and the store is well maintained. I usually run in for snacks or to wander through the make up aisle. The staff here are friendly enough to greet you, let you browse through the store without too much more distractions. The store is clean, feels safe and has a little bit of everything I am looking for. Don't have an opinion about the pharmacy, but I will update if I start using it. read more

I called in my refills Monday, got a text that they were ready, I choose to have one delayed as I did not need a refill of it yet. Arrived at 11;00 am, stood in line, ( no big deal), got up to the counter and the one that O had asked to be delayed for a few weeks was the only one ready, the one I asked not to be ready. the other 3 had not been filled even tho I got a text saying they had. it is a 40 mile round trip for nothing it seems, and I was told but the young lady that texts saying it is ready means nothing since they have no control over them. not happy since this is not the first screwup in the last 12 months. going to change Pharmacy for sure Doug read more

If I could give this review less than a star I would but that is not an option! aside from the disaster that is the pharmacy here, I had the worst experience today by a clerk that helped me in photo dept. It's here that you can drop off a FedEx package and complete a w/u money transfer!! YES Unbeknownst to this girl you actually can complete the money transfer in person!! You take the necessary steps at home and when that is done , you are directed to a number of retail outlets to complete it , one of those being , you guessed it , WALGREENS.Well I managed to be waited on a girl that didn't know what the hell she was doing and couldn't figure out the process by which I referenced in order to finalize this transfer! might I add , Staring clueless at a computer screen while twirling your ponytail doesn't give me much confidence you do know what you're doing. I would've respected the clerk a lot more had she just been honest and said to me "I just don't know how to do this so let me get somebody that can." OR " I believe that this can be done I just have never done it this way" but instead of believing this could be an alternative way to what she is used to And that I might indeed be a credible genuine knowledgeable person, she made me feel like a complete idiot, like I didn't know what the hell I was doing and kept referring me to the kiosk to start a transfer even when I told her I had gone to that process already online at home. She was more concerned about being right than actually listening to me and like a robot kept affirming that I needed to go to the kiosk and it could not be done this way at Walgreens! She went on and on at that Walgreens has no affiliation with Western UnionAnd that they only extended service to their customers out of courtesy to them blah blah blah but that I needed to go to the kiosk to get it done. I even tried to walk her through the process because I had done it here once before and I was familiar with what they asked me at the very onset to do BUT this girl was not relenting and insisted I must go to the kiosk! OK finally I had enough and I said you know I understand if you're new and you don't know how to go about this but... I didn't get to finish my sentence she interrupted ...,and she said she was not new, she actually had been there for quite a while and she actually had done many of these transfers and not once had she ever done anything close to what I was describing because it can't be done here & I needed to go through the kiosk! So having managed her best attempt at gaslighting me I told her that I would get it done upfront with the manager and guess what I did exactly what I said could be done, put in my phone number when prompted And finished up my money transfer in person like I said could be done I'm not gonna mention the girls name becausethat's just being mean ! I do hope she reads it and recognizes this was the exchange she had with me today and I hope that the manager reads this as well and there's some sort of training that can follow so this clerk is knowledgeable in all aspects of her job and that she is so confident in her position she never has to hide the fact she doesn't by making her customer feel like a moron thanks read more

This used to be my favorite pharmacy. Not anymore. Second month in a row that they let me go without my medication for 2 days. Get told it will be ready next morning and then early afternoon then 30 minutes and finally it will be ready next day sometime. Not to mention the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only is it ridiculous that they let people be without their medication but to be rude about it is unacceptable. read more

Several bad experiences here - the latest being they gave me the wrong quantity of pills! When I called and tried to get them to correct it they said they couldn't (?) but when it was time for a refill they would get me an "over ride" and refill it early. Of course that didn't happen and my insurance rejected it as a too early refill . . . so, instead of working with the insurance and making this right they insisted I had to call the insurance and clear it up. About after my 1 hour on the phone with different people, my claims person had to call Walgreens to clear it up - she said 99% of pharmacies take care of this them selves and never make the client call the insurance. I made an appt online for an 11:00 a.m. appt at the Wenatchee Walgreens for a flu shot. It said to come 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes after getting the shot. Said I would get an email confirmation - which I never received. Got to Walgreens, a long line, I skirted the line to ask where to go for the flu shot. She said I needed to stand in the line and wait my turn. I explained that I had made an appt for 11:00 online. She said "Oh, we don't check those. You have to just wait in the line." So I did. Finally got to the window, said I wanted a flu shot. She said sure, but it will be about an hour as there are several ahead of me. I didn't wait. If the online appts mean nothing, why is the option even there??? read more

Pharmacy department needs help. Always to busy and many times when I go to pick up prescriptions after they text me telling me they are ready-they aren't. Last time I went took me three times to get my prescriptions. I've been going there for over 10 years. Think they would have me figured out. Prescription prices change constantly . Same insurance same meds for 10 years and many times they've said I don't have insurance? Frustrating. Understaffed. Time to change pharmacies. This has nothing to so with Covid..... read more

The employees here treat their customers like garbage. I heard the pharmacist rudely berate a customer at the drive thru for not turning off his engine. Also, a miserable looking woman sprawled out in the floor stocking shelves was terrible to an older gentleman who approached her for help. She said, "Are you just going to stare at me, or do you want help?" He asked her if they had any thermometers, and she VERY RUDELY said they were out and she didn't know when they'd get more. Went to Walgreen's to get vaccinated against Shingles. We knew that we were covered for this vaccination by our insurance. Walgreen's billing system was unable to direct bill the insurance. We even got the insurance company on the phone to explain to Walgreen's staff that the vaccination is covered. This is not a complaint about staff at the pharmacy. It is a complaint about Walgreen's in general whose computer system is not able to communicate and direct bill our insurance company. Life would be easier for all if they could direct bill. read more

SHAME ON YOU ALISHA! You are a heartless B!TCH! Worthless manager. Just had two major surgeries to implant an intrathecal pump implant. I usually have my prescriptions filled at the clinic pharmacy, but had an rx dated to be filled today. It's for pain medication I've taken for 10 years. So my husband took it to Alisha and she refused to fill it because "I wasn't on record with them" which is complete utter bu//sh!t! I have had it filled there several times over the years if it was when my pharmacy was closed. Then Alisha refused to speak to my PCP and take his word for it that I had a Pain physician. She said she would have to speak to my pain doctor at UW but it is a long holiday weekend, I explained to the witch that I just had two operations etc.... it fell on deaf ears! Then she said she would fill it for three days worth only and I would have to get another new prescription. All of this she said was due to the "war on drugs opioid crisis" Well, I am a chronic pain patient who NEEDS these drugs to survive, let alone get out of bed! Alisha said she was the manager so I asked for her managers name. I will take this up with him as it put me into severe pain having to wait hours past my last pain pill. This review is for the "pharmacy", if you even want to call it that. The woman at the counter was so frazzled by the computer...(she was young) she could not enter my information, she had to ask me five times for my last name when entering it. My last name is the easiest last name besides Smith!!!! She said she would order my immunizations and to come back. I came back three days later to get my immunizations and she said they couldn't order them and couldn't get ahold of me because she didn't have my information. Then what the heck were you asking me for my information for five times??? My response is "well where am I supposed to get my immunizations?" and the "pharmacist" that was in when I came back today response is "I don't know, call some places". Great answer guy. I've experienced poor customer service before, but I believe I just experienced one of the worst. I stopped in the pharmacy drive-thru to pick up one prescription. No other customers and three pharmacy employees working. At several points in the 5+ minutes that I waited they all three looked over at me. Not one single employee greeted me, said they would help in a few minutes, or acknowledged me. Nope, instead they talked, texted on their phone, and ignored their only customer. Just got my son out of oral surgery. He was completely loopy and unable to even stand up so there was no way that I could bring him into any pharmacy. I was thankful to find the drive thru pharmacy to get the prescription for pain medication filled. The anesthesia would be wearing off soon and we had a 2 1/2 hour car ride home. After waiting in line in the drive thru and it was my turn, I was told that it was a 45 minute wait. What?! I asked if it might be possible to bump me up, as I had a long drive home and my son was obviously in a bit of a situation - he had blood coming out of his mouth and was in the state of a 170 pound drunk toddler. I was told no. Under any other situation I would never have asked, but it wasn't like I was a senior citizen waiting for my cholesterol medication. I asked for the prescription back, as there was no way that I could have waited 45 minutes with my son in the car like that. I found the pharmacists to be uncaring and I won't be back to Walgreens again. read more

Terrible pharmacy. They take forever to refill prescriptions, are unorganized, and unhelpful when you have questions. Example: submitted a refill here while on vacation. I called the following day to see if it was ready because usually Walgreens has scripts filled in about an hour. They said it wasn't ready but that they'd work on it and it should be ready in ten minutes. I stopped by 40 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. I suggest finding another pharmacy if possible. read more

I would strongly advise against using the Walgreens pharmacy in Wenatchee. Apparently, because my wife had the same name as someone else in their computer system, we had a terrible time getting a prescription for an estrogen patch refilled. We had to page our provider twice before the pharmacy staff would honor the prescription but it still took most of the day (yes, over 8 hours) before we got the prescription filled. The pharmacist's belligerent attitude reduced my wife to tears and none of the pharmacy staff did anything to help us. And this was for a non-controversial prescription - we are not talking about Vicodan here. The pharmacy staff we were subjected to at the Wenatchee Walgreens were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There are better places in Wenatchee to get your prescriptions filled. read more

If I could give WALGREENS PHARMACY a no star, I would. This place is horrible. Their automated text to let you know the prescription is ready is great but it's never ready. Further, every time I pick up my "ready"prescription, they can never find it (the computer has kicked it back, it's not in here, your insurance doesn't match up anymore, do you have insurance, no one in your family is in the computer, have you ever filled here before(I've been going to this place for 9 years) this says no refills and is not in the system...I could go on and on. I wait in line for at least 30 minutes, most times longer. There is always an issue with something yet they always seem to "magically find it"!!!! Finding a new pharmacy ASAP. Don't ever go to this pharmacy location, they are so ridiculously slow!! Have to wait in drive they line at least 20 min with only one person in front of me every single time. I have an auto refill every month and the never have it ready on time. Pretty much have to schedule a chunk of your day to get your meds here. 20 min in line and a 30 min wait for them to fill it even though it should already be done. The store itself is great though! They always have everything you need in stock and they never seem to be out of anything. read more
