ATTN: Women! Avoid this gas station and encourage any men & family members who support you to do the same! The male (i'm won't call him a man cause he is not) - clearly HAS ZERO respect for women. We stopped with family to get gas and desperately use the restroom. The restrooms were locked (which is not foreign to us), but when we asked for the key, the person indignantly looked me up and down and informed me that I MUST make a purchase in order to use the restroom and then proceeded to deny my 11 year-old son a key to the men's restroom! It was only when I told the guy behind the counter my husband was purchasing gas, that he reluctantly gave me a key to the woman's restroom. When I opened the door to the restroom there were 4 stalls with a line of other woman with children waiting outside! However, all but one of the stalls were actually usable! The others were backed up or had TP stuck to seat which was DISGUSTING! The place smelled awful! It clearly had been AGES (looked like weeks!) since the place had been cleaned. There was zero toilet paper in the stalls, no running hot water, no hand soap and only a blow dryer (as they are too cheap to provide paper towels). I was completely grossed out! I wouldn't be surprised if the public health services haven't fined them! When I went to hand the key back to the guy I nicely attempted to inform him of the state of the woman's room was (which no doubt he HAD to know about) and he refused to look at me. Even though he wasn't assisting anyone at the counter, he directed me to put the key (which was attached to a stick) on the counter as he clearly didn't want to touch it. I felt like chucking it. Leavenworth has always had friendly businesses and this filling station used to be managed/owned by a really lovely family for years, but clearly they sold it and the new owners (who appear to be Persian) clearly have zero interest in providing any customer service or treat their woman customers with any respect. While waiting to purchase drinks for our kids we watched as a another woman who had an adorable toddler made a purchase and the man was so disrespectful and rude towards the woman who was trying to pay while trying to keep her little one from wondering off and touching other things. However when my husband went to pay, he was given the courtesy of eye contact. What a tool! I left the shop completely disgusted by the guy's arrogant behavior. My husband saw and completely agreed the guy's behavior very rude. We will not be returning! read more

First, the pumps have annoying ads blaring, so I only put a few gallons in because I couldn't stand it anymore. Then, there are no paper towels and the purell dispensers were empty. Finally, there was only one bathroom (mens) working so there was a long line. Overall, worst gas station ever. read more

This positively cavernous convenience store is always my last stop in Leavenworth before the four-and-a-half hour drive back home. While any gas station isn't much to write home about, and the prices on just about everything here are a bit steep (par for the course for a tourist town in the middle of the mountains), they sell *everything* here. Drinks, food (including a hot deli & attached Subway), clothes, souvenirs, and a lot more. It's a great spot to stock up for a road trip. In my experience, the staff have always been pleasant and patient, even with the (often inebriated or belligerent) customers that stagger in during an Oktoberfest or Christmas Lighting festival. Expect to pay tourist prices, but you'll find what you need. read more

After hiking all day to Colchuck lake, Mother Nature graced me with a surprise and my friend and I stopped at this gas station to buy some feminine products. The women's bathroom was closed but the men's bathroom had a sign posted, "bathroom use for paying customers only." Naturally, after buying my feminine products and desperately needing to use them, I didn't think using the bathroom would be a problem. However, the white male cashier with dark long hair pulled back in a pony tail and glasses refused to let me use the restroom. I explained my urgent need and even directed him towards the sign posted stating the bathroom was for paying customers. Despite all this, he still adamantly refused to let me use the facilities. He was very unkind about it and spoke with a forceful tone. I couldn't believe I was being treated so poorly. Before our hiking trip we stopped at this gas station to buy some snacks and had no problem using the restroom. So the variance in service was disheartening. Maybe the issue was the evening cashier is a misogynist jerk because he had no valid reason to refuse letting me use the bathroom & use the feminine products I had just purchased.. Needless to say, we stopped at another gas station to fill up and the cashier there let me use the facilities after closing hours and without a purchase. Restored my faith in humanity. read more

The service at this establishment, specifically from "Bobby" is extremely unfriendly. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not support this business! Sold me a product that did not work and then would not refund me or trade in. When we respectfully asked to exchange he kicked us out and was being extremely rude. Absolutely terrible! I had my kids and my friends kids with me and we needed to go to the bathroom. The sign said restroom for customers only so I asked if we could use the restroom if I purchase something. He first say yes and then looked me up and down and then said the bathroom was closed for cleaning....lies. Then, my friend I was with went in and had no problem using the bathroom and the kids did too....clearly, the attendant was judging me for some reason....for what I don't know....What kind of person does this? DO NOT PURCHASE GAS HERE!! We got gas here Wednesday when heading out of town and our car broke down immediately. After taking our car to the Toyota dealership they informed us we got E85 grade fuel which is essentially corn fuel. Our dealership saved some of the gas and now we have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to drain our tank and fix our car. Not to mention the rude and aggressive staff who told us we never purchased gas from them even after showing our credit card statements. read more

This gas station could seriously use some TLC, some of the pump displays are in poor condition, hose nozzles are stuck or not working properly, always out of paper towels or window was water. My daughter walked in to buy a Puff Bar tobacco product that she opened outside of the store and it was immediately dead upon opening the product. She went to return it only a few minutes after purchasing and the attendant refused to refund by pointing at a sign and stated to "read" the no refunds policy. If I could give this place zero starts I definitely would!! This is the FIRST time I have ever wrote a review on yelp and I've had it for years. The customer service here is AWFUL. Make sure to check what the man chargers you because when we went he tried to charge us for a water bottle we did not get ( we went in with it). I assumed he got confused so I told him we had already bought that water from another store. We told him nicely that he could even check the cameras. Once we told him he said, "he was going to call the police." We said, "go ahead call them and we can check the cameras together." He proceeded to kick us out. As we were walking away he was calling us "theifs." Very high gas prices for a town of minimum wage workers. There is no windshield cleaning solution or good squeegees, but old broken equipment and some very dirty water that stinks. Owners own both gas stations in town and a couple hotels so they are only out to make a buck and sell gas to tourists. When you ask them to replenish the cleaning solution, they just say okay and blow you off. Buy gas at Safeway or the Shell station in Dryden. read more

Very unreasonable owner! They are quite happy to disrespect the customer. They are selfish, greedy, and only care about their profile. Customer satisfaction is no part of their vocabulary, personally, business Moto or daily practice. When they sold me a $23 phone charger (apparently the only place in town to get one if you leave yours at home, and they know it) and I plugged it in and it didn't work, I went back inside and asked for a refund or exchange, Bob rudely pointed to a paper sign taped to the wall that said "All sales are final". No refund no exchange for me even though I had the original packaging and receipt and had just purchased it from the same person (Bob) shortly before. I used my Amex Card because I only had $15 cash on me at the time and thought that would be enough cash to purchase a cheap temporary phone charger. I will be filing a complaint with my Amex to see if they can reverse the charge. I went into the store to buy a pack of cigarettes and the clerk with the pony tail couldn't locate the brand, so I was saying no to the right by the Marbolos. He yell's at me " dude just shut up, I don't come into your job and tell you how to do it" I was shocked and pissed off. I said keep the smokes and walked out . Nice little mini market and convenience shop, with a great beverage/beer cooler. Prices are slightly higher than Safeway but it's open later than Safeway or Dan's, and is much easier to walk to. Many of the German beers you find in and around town are sold here (often cheaper than at other stores), so it's not a bad place to stop in at before leaving town. read more

This store is located inside the Chevron gas station, and (no joke) has the best coffee in town. It also has some cute little nicnac's and gifts, a big selection of Burt's Bee's products, and an amazing local wine selection. Easy to miss, but a local's little secret :-) read more

I'm a tourist visiting Leavenworth for the first time. We took the train here so therefore we had no vehicle. We arrived at 8pm and went to check the town out for a little bit and headed back to our room. When back at the room we realized we were hungry. By then it was 10pm and by then mostly all of the restaurants/places were closed. We didn't assume places would close so early because we are from Seattle where we can order food for delivery at any time and from somewhere close. Anyways I called this gas station to see what kind of hot foods they had since the restaurants were closed. Well this gas station does not offer HOT DOGS, NACHOS, PIZZA, etc. Then we asked if they had cup of noodles. The man on the phone said yes, we asked what kind, he said he didn't know, when we asked about the price, he said he didn't know. After asking if he could please check, he gave me a really bad attitude and said no I cannot check I am busy at the moment. Instead he could have have understood that we are tourist without a car and we're trying to find out if we could get something to eat.
