The pace of the class was perfect. The space is very cool, an older building with wood floors and tall ceilings. I was happy to see they also had mats and props to borrow. Yoga Pravaha offers a great selection of hot yoga, restorative, and sunrise classes throughout the work week. A great way to start the day, in my opinion.
