I waited on hold for two days, with the same message coming on "there are three callers ahead of you". Those three callers must have been pissed to wait over two days and still be in the line waiting for an answer. Service here is not acceptable and should be changed. My doctor sent a prescription over to Wallgreens over a month ago and they still claim they never got it. I believe it is time to change pharmacy.

I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Pharmacy tech will now start processing (on 11/7) and technician will call me later with update. 11/8 through 11/14 patient has received no call. Patient called daily during this time to get status. No one answers. Or they answer, put you on hold, then disconnect you. Patient calls back, no answer. All of this during their "open" business hours. Completely dysfunctional, horrible, zero customer concern or service. If I had a better local option I would never go again. Once this one gets filled, if it ever does, I will be permanently switching to mail order. DO NOT give this terrible business, owned by Apurva Patel of East Wenatchee (who also does not answer the phone or return calls) any of your hard earned money or business they simply do not deserve.

Customer service was kind enough to hold on to our items while we ran to our cabin and back to get another form of payment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Wish this was our local Walmart!
