Not very happy with Rite Aid as there is NEVER any way to get someone on the phone. I can call dozens of times and continuously re-direct the automated system to keep dialing into their phone. I just need to know if the meds are ready before driving 20 mins just to turn around because it's not ready. I finally called the customer service number and had to file a complaint. Maybe the upper management will do something. Not holding my breath though. Update: I did get a call from the manager. Just be told "we've been having issues with our phone system". Okay... shouldn't you be prioritizing that? I mean it's been literal months of not being able to get ahold of anyone. So at some point you should figure that out. read more

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Prescription sent over, I call to confirm get an eta and it's a few hours every time. When I arrive, well after being told, it's still going to be a few more hours. This time was the last straw. Prescription sent at 7am, I called at 9, was told 10:30am. I get there and it's not done, I come to pickup at 4:30pm and I'm told it won't be done until tomorrow. All this time I'm waiting, in pain mind you, and not one I'm sorry for the wait. read more

Ephrata wash Rite Aid Nothing but BAD experiences, pulled into the drive up line at 1:10 3 cars inn line, first car was there for 15 minutes, why who knows, and car in front of me pulls up at 1:28 and they refuse to help them, "we are closed for lunch" at 1:30...... so I pull up ask for my perscription and the pharmacist behind a big card board sign signs says we are at lunch can't help you. tell her been waiting for 25 minutes in line, you took 15 minutes to help one car, she says sorry were at lunch come back later. mind you I drove 12 miles in to the drug store to get the perscription and I am just suppose to wait around till they are ready to help???? such POOR customer service, but that is common in this area nobody cares !!! so I waited around for a half hour and went back at 2:00 pm got the RX and aske who was behind the cardboard sign at 1:30 that refused to help, the pharmist and boy was she nasty !!! insisted they HAD to go to lunch at 1:30 and I asked about customer service since i waited in line for 20 minutes, said she did not care, obviously, and said IF I did not like it I could go somewhere else !!! "NICE" customer service. wife chose this drugstore because of the drive up but I get MY RX's elsewhere that has customer service but no drive up. I like how when you walk in they great you and everything is always clean and organized. The associates are very helpful. The pharmacy has been up and down, and right now they are up. There are days that everyone is grumpy and from what I can tell it is with good reason. They are always slammed. It is hard to be nice when you can't even get a chance to breath. They really need more support. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! I've been calling them all day. And no one cares to answer. I went to the emergency room and they sent in some prescriptions that I need and they told me that they won't be done tell tomorrow morning. If they need works they should definitely get more people to help them. read more

I dread getting meds from this pharmacy. it always takes a long time(I understand it's maybe more busy than other places) but then it's so hard to get ahold of anybody. is it 9am? when they're supposed to open? Good luck getting your phone call answere. is it 9:30? 10:00? Still..good luck. maybe their short staffed. And that case. This pharmacy is horrible! They take hours and hours to fill prescriptions and the attendants are rude! I've been waiting since this morning for a script my doctor called in today after my appointment...it's now 8:20pm, I just called to see if it's ready, and they tell me !no, and that they are out! The woman on the phone was extremely unfriendly! If you need your meds in a timely manner, go elsewhere! read more

We just moved to the area and there aren't exactly many pharmacies around. We've used Rite Aid before so decided to transfer our scripts here. Have had two experiences with the pharmacy so far, with the exact same awful experience both times. Here's how it goes: request transfer with all the appropriate info, get told it'll be done "tonight or early tomorrow morning," arrive the following afternoon to no scripts ready and get met with a bad attitude when you inform the tech and/or the pharmacist that you really do need them today, leave and come back an hour (or more) later like they told you to, and they're still not ready. At this point, you figure you must have to hover to get them to actually fill the prescriptions, so you're stuck loitering until they're done. First time took about 10 minutes of hovering, but currently my girlfriend is on minute 40 waiting at the store for hers to be done. I have a week left on my prescriptions.... guess I better request a transfer to a new pharmacy today if I want them in time. read more
