I get up to the cashier, and they say, "NO EBT!" Wait, what, no EBT?? Are you kidding me??? All I have is EBT. I'm sure there are a TON of people who only have EBT as their method of payment. I felt discriminated against, because I am positive I am not the only person to have EBT as their only payment method. I mean, really?? There's nothing like having to take the walk of shame to put your stuff back. I feel it's important to use this platform as a means of change. Please, make EBT a payment method. Maybe Ernie doesn't care what their poor patrons have to say, but it sure feels like it. There are some great things I can say about this place, but until they make it so everyone can pay, then the stars stay as-is. To clarify, this was my second visit to Ernie's, and they didn't have EBT as a method of payment. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but when I came back and the no EBT sign was still up, I thought, "maybe this is how they do things." Ernie's, you need to make this right. This location by far, has the BEST Dog Park that we have been to (in 5 states!) It has a large beautiful grassy area that is very CLEAN!! It does not reek of dog urine. There was a grounds keeper on site watering everything down, beautifying the area. He was very nice and pleasant (sorry didn't get his name. We talked about his 7 year old pup that has seizures) There are two sections of the Dog Park which was awesome! One section for small dogs that are 30lbs or less, and another for dogs that are 30lbs or larger. Our 6 month old pup, Sage is 45lbs and is extremely energetic & loves playing with other pups, however it was good that there was a gate separating the two sides, as she really wanted to play with a teeny tiny pup. It was better that she say hello through the fence instead. This area was very nice & the human restrooms were very clean & spotless as well! I'm really surprised not very many people gave this place a review, as they definitely deserve all the 5 star reviews!

Then after my husband left I overheard him mocking my husband to the other worker and a customer. I called Moses Lake Professional Pharmacy told them my problem. This was on Friday. They close by 12:30 on Friday. They said they would rush the medication and try to get it out and in the mail that day. I received my medication Saturday in the mail. The medication is needed for pain control. I am so grateful for what they were able to do for me.
