I called Moses Lake Professional Pharmacy told them my problem. This was on Friday. They close by 12:30 on Friday. They said they would rush the medication and try to get it out and in the mail that day. I received my medication Saturday in the mail. The medication is needed for pain control. I am so grateful for what they were able to do for me.

He told her customer service was not a priority for him. She was bullied by a co- worker Marisa and he refused to address it. She was diabetic and had epilepsy and one time had to go to the back and lie down to avoid having a seizure and he stepped over her and said " are you alive"? They made my daughters life horrible. She died on August 27th, at 37 years old due to a seizure.

Today's issue was with the meat/seafood department, I was throwing a big birthday party and I needed at least 5 to 8 lobster tails 8 ounce they were going to special order them for me and they never did. When I arrive, well after being told, it's still going to be a few more hours. This time was the last straw. Prescription sent at 7am, I called at 9, was told 10:30am. I get there and it's not done, I come to pickup at 4:30pm and I'm told it won't be done until tomorrow. All this time I'm waiting, in pain mind you, and not one I'm sorry for the wait.
