So the old guy gets snippy when ya move crap around, great you probably would too if your building was brimming with old stuff . It's happened to me actually but I still go back and here's why - It doesn't matter what project I'm doing or what off the wall thing I need, from a lamp with a clamp , to a piece of stove pipe , to and old fishing net I can use to throw my disc golf discs into all the way to a used desk or even an odd sized metric wrench the list goes on! Most of the time 9 outta ten I have been able to find something useful there AND , his pricing is very fair!! Just make sure whatever you buy works before ya go home , he lets me plug stuff in and test it. It's a good ol junk shop and I've traveled the country " picking" so I believe I'm qualified to judge. Some days are better than others it's great , there's always new stuff flowing thru there ebb and flow such is life.

She is not very knowledgeable, but since I have a pretty set list of things to get, it was fine. The second time I went in for Shoulder pads and buttons, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Moses Lake. (out side of Wal Mart, which no one was there to give any service) . The lady was not helpful, rude, and seemed like a bother for her to check to see to walk 5 steps behind the counter to check their inventory. For that reason and more, I will never go back to this shop again! I don't care if i have to rip the shoulder pads out of my old jacket. This was just uncalled for.... Next time when I need findings, I would drive a hour to another town to get then rather than coming here.

One of them weren't sure about something I was asking about so she pulled it up on the Internet and helped me. They all made me laugh and were very nice to me and the others in the store. I would go back again for everything. Forgot to mention there's a bird in there her name is Zoey I believe she's the funniest thing when she dances! Over all I enjoyed my visit. I would tell my friends to go check them out. They would try their best to help you with your questions. Thumbs up for this store.

It is my right to purchase these items and take them home and try them on if I so choose is it not? So, I purchased the items and headed home to try them on when I had time. I soon realized that 2 out of the 9 items I purchased did not fit so off to the store I went to return them. I encountered the "friendly associate" who had been so persistent in helping me shop at the register. She then looked at the rude tall blonde next to her who rolled her eyes right in front of me. I believe this uber rude blonde is the store manager. Who, by the way, I have been treated rudely by, on many occasions. I have some news for you blondy, you manage a sub par clothing star not a country. So, maybe you should dial back on the bitch face you serve up to people trying to spend their hard earned money in peace instead of making them feel like they are being judged and looked down upon by some middle aged shop girl who thinks she's better than everyone else. I will not be returning to this Maurice's again.

I bought two pairs of ankle boots that looked great in the store! I tried them on and walked in…read morethem for about 3 minutes. They looked and felt great. I took them home and put them on for about 5 minutes. When I put them on the next day, both pairs were so uncomfortable that I could not wear them. The lining was already pulling up, which can be fixed easily, but there was something so hard underneath that I couldn't stand it. I pulled up on the part of the lining that hurt, and the screws that hold the heels on were coming out. This, I cannot fix. They were on sale so cannot be returned, but wow, I sure expected them to last more than 8 minutes! I was going to go back there because they had a good selection, but never again. It's not worth the risk. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. OH and another thing. They have their own card, like all stores do now. I'd never been there before, so they gave me my first card and said that all I had to do was sign up online and this sale would be on there for rewards. This did not work. I contacted the website, and they said that the card had been discontinued for lack of use! I explained over and over that this was a brand-new card, that I hadn't even taken it out of the brochure yet, but they would not listen. they said they were going to send me a new card to "start over with" but once it arrives, it's going in the trash, where this store belongs. Maybe other stores in other towns are okay, but not this one.
