The team at Vision Clinic was able to get me into a set of trial contact lenses which was a lifesaver for me. The first three places in Moses Lake that I called had no interest in helping me in my dire situation. At the last minute on Thursday afternoon, I was able to make it in to get the trial lenses. Disaster averted! If you care about quality service and people who care, you should look nowhere else. Thanks Sandra!

I went in to Valley Eye care with blurry vision and watering eyes. I knew something was WRONG but,…read moreafter a full eye exam, I was reassured that all I needed were glasses, which did improve my vision. Still not feeling "right", I decided to get a second opinion, during which I was informed that I had posterior subcapsular cataracts, (which SHOULD have been caught by Valley Eye). I needed to have surgery on both eyes with interocular lens replacements. I NOW have perfect vision that was UNDIAGNOSED by Valley Eye care. Risk at your own peril.

The receptionist was rude and was rude during my appointment booking process and I finally gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere. I have never been treated or talked to that way by a professional business and neither should you. 10/10 would NOT recommend to a friend or anyone for that matter. Do better, Valley Eye & Vision.

Sasha is an absolute gem--she took the time to help me find frames that perfectly suit my face and lifestyle. The prices are fantastic, and they even have designer brands! While my examination went fine, and my distance glasses were good, for some reason my computer…read moreglasses were just wrong. I couldn't see through the lens at all. The staff compared the glasses to the paperwork and said "Oh, we see the problem. We'll send them back." So accidents happen, no big deal. I picked up the second pair a few weeks later and they are bifocals. I am confused as I didn't ask for bifocals, and the prescription used for the second round of computer glasses was my distance prescription. After a confusing discussion with the office staff where they asked things like "did you try looking at your computer with your distance glasses?"..(uh, no?????).... I received a refund but apparently this was my problem as "computer glasses mean different things to different people." Never did the doctor discuss this with me, only the office staff, and I found the entire experience baffling. I've had computer glasses for many years and never has there been an issue. Back to Costco. Can't recommend.
