She is not very knowledgeable, but since I have a pretty set list of things to get, it was fine. The second time I went in for Shoulder pads and buttons, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Moses Lake. (out side of Wal Mart, which no one was there to give any service) . The lady was not helpful, rude, and seemed like a bother for her to check to see to walk 5 steps behind the counter to check their inventory. For that reason and more, I will never go back to this shop again! I don't care if i have to rip the shoulder pads out of my old jacket. This was just uncalled for.... Next time when I need findings, I would drive a hour to another town to get then rather than coming here.

One of them weren't sure about something I was asking about so she pulled it up on the Internet and helped me. They all made me laugh and were very nice to me and the others in the store. It's a small store but I always manage to find something to buy. They sell not only quilting cottons and flannel but notions, patterns, interfacing, their samples and some other things. The staff is very nice. They don't have a website but do have a Facebook account in which they will post store closings and changes to store hours.
