This is the only full selection fabric store in town…read more I was there twice. First time, the younger sales person was nice and helpful. She is not very knowledgeable, but since I have a pretty set list of things to get, it was fine. The second time I went in for Shoulder pads and buttons, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Moses Lake. (out side of Wal Mart, which no one was there to give any service) . The lady was not helpful, rude, and seemed like a bother for her to check to see to walk 5 steps behind the counter to check their inventory. For that reason and more, I will never go back to this shop again! I don't care if i have to rip the shoulder pads out of my old jacket. This was just uncalled for.... Next time when I need findings, I would drive a hour to another town to get then rather than coming here.

One of them weren't sure about something I was asking about so she pulled it up on the Internet and helped me. They all made me laugh and were very nice to me and the others in the store. I would go back again for everything. Forgot to mention there's a bird in there her name is Zoey I believe she's the funniest thing when she dances! Over all I enjoyed my visit. I would tell my friends to go check them out. They would try their best to help you with your questions. Thumbs up for this store.

Ordered mask kits and cotton fabric to go with the kits…read more Received the kits and no fabric. I patiently waited to see if the rest of the order arrived. I emailed about the missing material, as well as some questions. I'm a very patient and empathetic person so I told myself, "they are probably overwhelmed, be patient when you don't get responses right away or full responses". At some point, Cindi (the owner I believe), responds to one of my messages offending and insulting me...treating me like I had done something wrong...like "what nerve I have asking a question about a particular fabric"...following with stating that I hadn't even paid for my original order. WHAT?! Completely shocked by that accusation I quickly responded with my electronic receipt for all the items I purchased. And just to give her the benefit of the doubt, I stated that "IF" for some odd reason she did not get my payment (of which I am seeing she did) I would be happy to take care of that. I have never dealt with this store before so I don't now how I could possibly just land free orders. I have receipts and I would never expect a business to just give me something. That's ludicrous. I have been emailing since then with no response. I am a person of sound mind, as well as former public servant for Emergency Services...in case there is doubt I misunderstood something. I'm short of posting the accusatory and rude tone but I'll save face for the owner, as I'm reasonable enough to realize some people are overwhelmed and not well. I'd like an apology and my money back for the material I am still missing. I won't hold my breath for an apology but I am owed money. Horrible experience.
