Paid a small fortune for 2 power recliners with battery backup, had a long power failure and the…read morebackup did not work. My disabled husband had to crawl and maneuver his way out with a broken leg. Batteries tested perfectly and were securely connected to both chairs, and neither backup worked. Called to get customer service and the options were to bring the battery packs in to be tested - an hour's drive with 2 disabled people making the trip, or pay $179 (plus tax) for a service call. The one year anniversary of the delivery was 1 month ago and they refused to accommodate us. I kept trying to explaIn our situation and concerns, and they kept offering only those 2 options. They could easily have a service person stop by when making a delivery to our area, but no can do. Extremely dissappointed. We need new mattresses but I will never shop there again.

However, after less than a year with my set, i needed repairs done. It's now been 6 months since I first requested a work order and still nothing. I have called every week for these 6 months to ask about progress and either get a "we'll call you when we know" or no one bothers to return my calls. Within 24 hours I was on the phone with someone in Spokane. Another 48 hours later, I had a store credit, and picked out a new set of furniture. It had to be sent from a store in the Tri-Cities, but it was delivered quickly and they took the old, damaged set with them. The gentleman I spoke to in Spokane (I'm assuming that's where 'headquarters' is) was great about getting it taken care of. I really appreciate the customer service from that end. Unfortunately, the service at the Yakima store is severely lacking. The man in Spokane was able to get my answers from the manufacturer within 24 hours, while the Yakima store claimed they were still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I would recommend contacting the main office if you have issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner in the store. I am very happy with the replacement sectional from Walkers. The quality is great, and it's very easy to clean. I have a cat, but the hair vacuums off easily.
