My disabled husband had to crawl and maneuver his way out with a broken leg. Batteries tested perfectly and were securely connected to both chairs, and neither backup worked. Called to get customer service and the options were to bring the battery packs in to be tested - an hour's drive with 2 disabled people making the trip, or pay $179 (plus tax) for a service call. The one year anniversary of the delivery was 1 month ago and they refused to accommodate us. I kept trying to explaIn our situation and concerns, and they kept offering only those 2 options. They could easily have a service person stop by when making a delivery to our area, but no can do. Extremely dissappointed. We need new mattresses but I will never shop there again.

I had ordered a new mattress on-line and when it arrived and the movers took my old mattress and replaced it with the new one, I did not fit and was 4 inches short on the width. Complete Suite Furniture delivered a regular king size bed and frame while for the past 3 years I thought it was a Cal-King. Long story short I am now stuck with a $350 shipping and handling bill for the return of the new mattress that I ordered and I called Complete Suite Furniture about how I got screwed by them and all that I was told was the sales person no longer works here and there is nothing we can do. Furniture Row wouldn't give us a delivery time outside of several medical appointments we had on the day they set. We had to wait five more days when we were going to be home all day to accommodate THEIR delivery schedule. They were argumentative on the phone about the situation. If you've been to Cowiche canyon kitchen, you've seen his handiwork! The output puts out some incredible pieces including custom-made tables, bookshelves and chairs that at the end of the day our heirloom quality. The price definitely reflects the quality, time and care put into each piece, and when all is said and done, you'll likely have something that your grandkids will be using in 50 years.
