I was in town on a work…read moretrip and realized I had forgotten my regular eyeglasses - only having my prescription sunglasses to get me by. The team at Vision Clinic was able to get me into a set of trial contact lenses which was a lifesaver for me. The first three places in Moses Lake that I called had no interest in helping me in my dire situation. At the last minute on Thursday afternoon, I was able to make it in to get the trial lenses. Disaster averted! If you care about quality service and people who care, you should look nowhere else. Thanks Sandra!

I knew something was WRONG but,…read moreafter a full eye exam, I was reassured that all I needed were glasses, which did improve my vision. Still not feeling "right", I decided to get a second opinion, during which I was informed that I had posterior subcapsular cataracts, (which SHOULD have been caught by Valley Eye). I needed to have surgery on both eyes with interocular lens replacements. I NOW have perfect vision that was UNDIAGNOSED by Valley Eye care. Risk at your own peril.

Once we went back to the exam room we waited another 15 minutes (at least) for the Dr to get to us. We saw Dr Kubo. I didn't care for him either. There is something about being talked to like I'm dumb, and don't know how to care for a child that gets to me. After he completed the check up and left the room I waited another 10 minutes (at least) for a nurse to come by and give my son his vaccs. By that time he had fallen asleep, so I had to wake him up for the shots. The nurse was very nice, that was probably the most positive part of the entire experience. I will definitely be finding a different place and Dr to take my children to.
