My right foot was bitten by the spider, then my right leg was swollen up to my hips. I sat for 4 hours waiting for WATER OR ANY SERVICE. NO SERVICE. I called my brother to come get me after 4 hours to take me to Moses Lake Emergency. When my brother arrived, and i was leaving, then they offered service. I had a lymph infection in the same leg as the spider bite. So it could of been fatal. These Medical people just ignored me. So if you want real good fast emergency help, avoid this place, like the plague; go to Moses Lake Emergency!!!! or Ephrata

I haven't had anything major done, so cant say much. The locals talk sometimes negatively about the hospital, but It think its its just mostly because its a hospital, and people have this association of bad things happening at hospitals. I Think its great to have a hospital in town, much better than having to always travel long distance to get treated.

He is kind and caring and actually listens! The rest of his staff is equally as amazing! I have seen all the Drs in the practice and there is a definitely a common theme that they are all very kind and caring!! The nurses always go above and beyond and are so sweet!! We just moved from Spokane and have had a lot of experiences with several different Drs and specialists and this practice is by far the absolute best!! I cannot say enough how happy we are to have found Dr Weaver and his staff!

The ladies in the front office don't care about their patients as much as they care about themselves. They can not answer even basic questions when asked. They do not do any follow-up on your questions either. I needed 2 papers signed and faxed to another doctor. It took the lady 6 weeks to send the 2nd page. SIX WEEKS to send a fax! I was naturally upset about having asked several times about the fax. I did throw a hissy fit in the office. But wouldn't you after 6 weeks? My other doctor kept asking about it. I would call Weaver's office. And then no follow up Nothing would be done! After my hissy fit, guess what? It got done! Then the office lady tried to lie her way out of it. She claimed she didn't have the right phone number. Don't you think that after being asked about that fax for 6 weeks she would have done some follow up to find out what was wrong? And the other office said they did get one of the two pages, so she must have had the correct number. She is not a nice woman. Nor does she do her job! She also didn't do two of my PA's requests for sending me to specialists. I had to ask about them also. One such referral I needed for a podiatrist. My PA wanted me to see one because I broke some bones in my foot. The office lady didnt put urgent on the request so they wouldn't make an appointment. So I found another podiatrist but he too wanted a referral. So I called Weavers office and asked for a referral. I was told the lady was home with a sick child. That she would send a referral when "she got around to it" and that might not be before my appointment with the new podiatrist. What would you think if your doctors office staff told you they would do their job " when they got around to it"? Wouldn't that make u angry, with cause? If your patients are unhappy and having to throw fits in your office to get something taken care of. Then I would say you have a problem with your staff. I was also over charged for one office visit. That never was resolved. I believe they owe me money that they over charged. And they add .cents to my bill every time and can't explain what the charge is for! I had other problems at this office, but this is enough for you to get the idea. I The nurses were all very good with me. They had training obviously. They always did a good job. Now, one more note for those that care about these things. All of the ladies that I saw, office staff, and nurses were "eye candy" types. Very petite, cute, and young. Enough said.
