The walk in clinic wasn't very busy for an early Friday morning and I was helped immediately. The woman at the intake window was very pleasant while taking my info. I then only waited about 10 minutes and was seen by a doctor (PA). She was able to diagnose my problem and provide me with prescriptions which I was able to have filled there. By getting on meds so quickly I think I shortened the duration of my cold. I was very happy with the care they provided.

(1st floor) They need this for safety reasons but also for patients who turn before they need to. It would be nice if it said "Elevators" or "Coffee Shop" something to remind you that is where you entered so you know where to exit. All these nice signs for the departments but this leaves this patient frustrated and lost as I am often exhausted and can't remember

Once we went back to the exam room we waited another 15 minutes (at least) for the Dr to get to us. We saw Dr Kubo. I didn't care for him either. There is something about being talked to like I'm dumb, and don't know how to care for a child that gets to me. After he completed the check up and left the room I waited another 10 minutes (at least) for a nurse to come by and give my son his vaccs. By that time he had fallen asleep, so I had to wake him up for the shots. The nurse was very nice, that was probably the most positive part of the entire experience. I will definitely be finding a different place and Dr to take my children to.

The furniture looks like it came from a thrift store, they have a yucky looking fish tank, and there is no A/C... It's a big step down from most PCP offices. And the appointment rooms aren't much different looking either except less air movement. Oh, and the AA's aren't very nice either.

They have a 24 hour emergency room for weekends and nights until clinic opens inthe morning. This saves people in our rural area from having to drive to a hospital 26 miles away. We would be in dire straits without them .

She was informed recently that it was not actually a diagnosis and that the meds she has been taking may have caused long term damage to her brain. She has not been performing at work, her family is looking at her differently and think that she is making things up, now that she is "not bipolar". Where do these so called "Mental Health PROFESSIONALS" get the right put anyone on medication that could cause lifetime problems, for a disorder that they DO NOT HAVE. When I say Professionals, I mean Plural!!! There were 3 People involved in her (Not) diagnosis that changed her whole life!!!

My children and myself have been going to the CBHA for over five years. I have never had any…read moreproblems with the doctors or staff. We have a primary care physician, dental, and vision at CBHA. They allow up to ten minutes being late, after that you do have to reschedule. I think that's perfectly acceptable as they are busy! You can leave messages for the schedule to call back or leave a message with the nurse staff to call you back of you have general questions. The only issue I have ever had was in the pharmacy. The pharmacy contract with our insurance was not renewed and we had to have the prescription transferred. I recommend going to this facility. The facility is clean and the staff considerate.
