There are two staff members here that are absolutely incompetent. Two separate occasions are the reason for this review. On one occasion, the photo machine "malfunctioned" (the staff member accidentally deleted the order) and they were unable to process my photo order. They then ask me to re-place the order but I can't since the store is now showing no stock of this item. Since it was over $50, I also had to input my payment information online to place the order. The staff member and the manager both had no clue and had an attitude, and could not process the refund and told us to contact customer service. The other occasion was an issue with the same staff member at the pharmacy arguing with me over the same prescription I pick up every single month. They did not apply my insurance correctly and the amount was showing incorrect and it took over 30 minutes of waiting to get it rectified. I start to hold back tears because he is asking 20 questions a second and I don't have enough time in my brain because of my TBI and CTE to answer them all. The obnoxious rude words kept pouring out, louder and louder as a few more cuss words were thrown in. He is VERY unprofessional, disrespectful, unbelievably Ignorant, sexist, hey Sirlies that are coming out of his mouth to the police!!! He has no care in the world for The ADA, or just plain doesn't give a crap about The ADA, somebody that has no respect or decency for any human being whether it be a patient a nurse, a police officer a customer or ADA participant like myself a girl with the brain injury. I got hit head-on by a drunk driver. I've had to have 34 surgeries. I have a traumatic brain injury. I had no idea what I had paid for. I was so confused. I already have a brain injury, and this guy is screaming at me and confusing me more!! Not to mention the EMBARRASSMENT I felt in front of all these other people standing around watching this grown man yell at a 40y/o female So I I went back into the store just to ask if he would give me my vape back. He stood there, cussed me out, calling me every name in the book as loud as he possibly could saying I was stupid asking if I was dumb and apparently because I had a NURSE shirt on he thought I was faking. He actually told dispatch that I was wearing a Nursing shirt so I must be pretending to be a nurse!!!!!! He said he did not have my vape, so I went out and sat in my car to wait for the police . I never brought it in and I can guarantee you is on camera that I had my vape and asked the pharmacist for an extra bag because I dropped it in when it hit the floor. He also told me that he was going to the back to just look at the tapes, so why is the cop telling me that it takes about a week to get the video fromcorporate? Past few months I've seen a decline. First calling in is a whole issue. Takes forever. You can't…read moretalk to the pharmacy right away you have to leave a message. And that's if the machine will let you. You can be completely silent and it will still malfunction and say "sorry I didn't get that" then it just hangs up on you. Trying to use the system to fill a prescription is also hard cause sometimes it won't let u input the numbers it just starts listing off useless prescriptions you don't want. So you have to hang up and start over again hoping you get the one where you just input the numbers. Then you get to the pharmacy and they tell you they didn't get the memo at all and you have to wait for them to fill it. That's just the phone issue! Seems everytime I go now I can never ever just get my meds there is always an issue! I have to take multiple trips just to pick up one script! This time I needed three. I went the next day to give them time. Told me that two of them, they didn't have. Which is fine. They didn't have it. To wait till the next day. I waited a few days, I called. I explained I want to know if they are ready. Left a message. Called back, they said they'd fill them within the hour? Which was weird cause they should have done it already. So I started on my way and called again to be sure. They said yup! All ready. I go and 2 of them are about 300$. I said this is wrong. My insurance ether covers it or denies the medication and I'm sure these are medications my insurance accepts. Why would you not tell me this?? BEFORE I CAME! THATS NOT A SMALL NUMBER! the women told me that the insurance did cover it. But only alittle bit. So I left them cause I don't have 300$ So I call my insurance and they told me that THEY DENIED THE MEDICATIONS. So the whole "yes they covered it" was not correct. One needed a pre authorization And the other was a 3 month supply which the pharmacy didn't cover. The insurance person told me that they could have broken it down and just given me a month supply. And he didn't understand why they didn't discuss this with me..... Did I do something to yall? ? Have I offended someone at the pharmacy? Because like stated above. I went the day after the doctor wrote me the script. Didn't have it. Waited over the weekend. I called TWICE. And NOONE decided to inform me of these issues?
