Even outside of my pregnancy I am one to state pap smears hurt, you can take the "its uncomfortable" and shove it, they hurt. Dr. Chambers is the ONLY Dr. that has completed my pap smear and it did not hurt. I am so thankful I found her, I will recommend any and everyone to go to her. We need more doctors like her

A lady answered said that yes they are accepting new patients but you had to go online and submit a request to then have like an "interview" to see if you will be qualify to be seen depending on your prenatal care. That right there brought like a ref flag to me because of the conversation but I was like ok, I went online and until this day have not received a response. I went only and started to see the reviews that mentioned how there is basically no customer service, you feel rushed and unwelcome which a pregnant woman never wants to feel! So I decided to call About Woman and they quickly on the phone answered all my questions and booked my appointment.

One of the clients ends up leaving without being serviced so I ended up being sat pretty quickly after but had that client not left, I could've been sitting there for hours waiting. As the stylist is asking me about the style I want, I show her what I booked only to learn I was mislead by the website and had to bring my own hair for the sew-in so couldn't get the style I booked for. The stylist was very sweet and did her best to accommodate me with another style but it just seems unorganized and not well managed.

This is either incompetence, a scam to get more than one appointment, or both. I won't be coming back to this practice, and neither should you.

I tell them I want the regular cleaning that my insurance covers and they refused to give me the service. Not even the x-rays were the regular ones that my insurance covers, it is all a SCAM to charge you more money.
