They went beyond helpful to track down a prescription that I really needed this evening. I had already looked for it at another pharmacy & they said it was at Walgreens. So, I walked to the Walgreens in Brighton. If wasnt there. It was at another pharmacy, in Thornton. I couldn't get there in time. I tried using my doctor's service but, that didn't seem to work. This wasn't a medication that can be transferred from a pharmacy to another. The pharmacist took a long part of his day to track down one of the doctor's to make it happen. I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. I want to say thank you. A+++ service!!!

I searched everywhere for it but couldn't find it. I went back inside to see if they could replace it or reimburse me, but of course, they refused. Security "checked" the cameras for a whole six minutes and came back with nothing useful--basically just brushed me off. The entire process felt dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the customer service staff were rude and clearly didn't care about actually helping resolve the issue. After 30 minutes of browsing, I told my family that it was only 9:30, and this was already one of the best days we have ever had, and they agreed. (Plus a lovely employee overhead and appreciated the comment. That was nice!) The store is very warm, inviting, and meticulously maintained. Everything is in perfect order, and there wasn't a speck of dust. You can tell that they take great pride in their store. During the hour and a half we spent here, I overheard the employees providing excellent customer service many times, and they knew quite a number of customers by name. As first time, non-local customers, we were warmly greeted, and had wonderful conversations with several employees. The one that stands out the most is the woman at the checkout. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was amazing. She even ran out to catch us outside when we accidentally left the tiny kitty glass figurine behind. We enjoyed talking with her, and learning about the history of the store. The very best part is the wide array of beautiful products they offer. We spent 90 minutes delightfully running around the store, constantly saying "Look at this!" "Oh my, you HAVE to come see this!" "This is so perfect!" "Ooooh, this is the most beautiful bracelet/dream catcher/tiny birdhouse/coffee cup (and on and on..) I've ever seen!" I cannot say enough about how amazing their selection is. If it weren't for them, not sure how we'd know to question MM's billings. Don't expect MM to answer phone calls, except for the recording to leave a message. And then, if you get a return call within three or so days, count yourself lucky! There is CONSIDERABLY MORE I could explain, but with all reviews being at ONE, you get the idea from all of us who have shared a few of our experiences that if you have a choice of DME providers, do NOT choose Major Medical Supply (or Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment). If a ZERO or MINUS rating was possible, that would be more accurate for MM!

I call again as there is a "supposed" insurance problem but never have I had an issue in past and my son needs his dose for prescription within 24 hours, so of course this is an emergency hence why I decide to call again. Now all of a sudden there is 3 callers ahead and eventually moves down to 1 and I'm on hold already for 30 minutes, but no answer and to my shocker at 46 minutes being on hold the same message is said and boom the phone hangs up AGAIN!! Do not recommend this pharmacy at all!! You can hear when they pick up and put me on hold immediately! I understand being busy but don't let the phone hang up after being on hold for so long!
