We'd completed the consent forms online ahead of time (do recommend, makes the process easier) and we checked in after waiting in line for a little bit. The process was pretty typical but the reason why I'm giving 5 stars is their waiting room! Their waiting room is an actual ROOM! With full walls and a door (which has a passcode lock on it, I presume for securing the area after hours) and their treatment rooms are actual rooms with solid doors and walls too! I've never seen this in another pharmacy and I was really excited about it! The pharmacist was personable and professional. My spouse and I were in and out quickly enough and happy to have additional protection against the flu. We also got 10% off groceries coupons we can use any time until the end of the year which is cool.

My daughter asked the pharmacist at MCR if the new pain meds could be taken along with the existing pain med. Pharmacy said she didn't know that we would have to ask our Dr. Same day my daughter went to Berthoud Drug to pick up another non related prescription and asked the pharmacist the same question. The pharmacist took the time told her what we needed to know and she was in her way within 5 min. The only negative was that she bought a beautiful dress and is now addicted to their boutique.

We noticed how busy the Costco Pharmacy was each time we shopped there, so we stopped by one day and asked about getting our prescriptions transferred. That's all it took. They contacted CVS and got everything transferred over. They are all very friendly and helpful. On our most recent visit, Susie was processing our order and we asked about scheduling a flu vaccine. She said she'd be happy to set up appointments for us, but said that if we had time, we could do it right then. Then Aaron took over and in less than 10 minutes, we had picked up our prescriptions and gotten our flu shots. They are hyper-focused on customer service. Sometimes the line gets long because it's such a good pharmacy, but at those times team members appear and get all the registers going. The lines evaporate in no time. We have been impressed by everyone who's helped us at this Pharmacy, but I haven't gotten all of their names to include in this review. And we love the text notifications and auto-refills.
