The woman even checked over my bag and said nothing. So I check my email and after I left the store it said "item unavailable" now wouldn't it be really simple and easy to let someone know when they are at the store something was excluded??? So now I had to ration the little lightener I had and I'm sure there's going to be patches. All because someone couldn't simply say "oh this was unavailable, do you want another size?" Cause they had other sizes!!!!!!

We were looking for products to lighten and put fun blue highlights in my hair, something neither of us had any previous experience with. Both women were very knowledgeable, and just super patient and kind in answering our questions. The store had lots of great colors to choose from and everything we needed.
