All the other reviews here sum up my experience with the pharmacy, so I'll skip that. However, the photo service was the last straw for me. I got passport photos from here and needed the edited (zoomed-in face) digital copy to submit in the online application. When I went home and downloaded the digital copy to my computer, it was the original full-body photo. If the full-body version isn't acceptable for the physical copies, why on Earth would it be acceptable as a digital copy? Anyway, I end up driving all the way back to request the edited version, only to be told that "That's how the digital passport photos are, we don't send the edited version". I verbally called BS on that, explaining that my family just had their photos taken at Walgreens (different location though), and the digital copies they received were the correct edited version. That was met with a lot of "we can try, but...", "I've never seen it done that way..." and "the computer won't send it that way" comments from the service representative. Seeing that any further requests for correcting the issue would be met with more angsty teenage-level attitude and eyerolling from a fully grown adult, I just left. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. I will never set foot in this Walgreens again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, then I highly recommend making the drive to another location to try your luck. read more

Horrible customer service I went in last week before closing, and they closed down the window as I was waiting. They completely pretended that I didn't even exist. Then I went back this week and I had to wait for them to help three people inside before they even looked at the window to assist me in the drive-through. Wasted over half an hour twice. Just trying to fill a prescription. Unacceptable. read more

Dealing with this Pharmacy was such a horrible experience. This morning at 11am I was at the eye doctors due to severe pain in my eye and they discovered I have two Corneal ULSERS in my eye. They prescribed me for a prescription drops and gave me said drops at the doctors and they helped immensely. I got to this Pharmacy right when they open after lunch at 2pm to pick up my prescription, they told me it was "unusual" that the prescription is written for drops every two hours not one hour, because it's "normally" drops every 2 hours... So, they wouldn't give it to me. They wanted to checkup with the doctors, after waiting in the lobby with my 6-month baby for 30 minutes they told me to "come back in one hour" so my boyfriend arrived at 5pm to pick up my prescription and they told him they haven't contacted the doctor, and "since its 5pm, it's probably not gonna happen today." You're telling me I can't have my prescription because you're questioning the literal doctor's choice??? Wild to me that they can withhold a medication someone needs because THEY think it's wrong. Not to mention it's a literal steroid eyedrop, not like I was waiting on freaking valium or hydrocodone. Can't wait to pick it up tomorrow just for them to tell me the prescription was correct! I stopped in one evening to restock on some toiletries I had run out of during a week long stay in Longmont for work. I arrived late in the evening - procured toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, and eyeglass lens wipes. One of the Walgreens employees directed me to the travel section. TERRIBLE branch. Their inventory online never matches when you go pick up your curbside order. Even if you specify "substitutions ok" they won't take a minute to do so. (For example, ordering a set of garnier shampoo & conditioner. They're out of one of them even though the website says they have inventory, and even though you say ok to substitute with same brand they just skip past it. Leaving you with half of what you ordered) To boot, when you bring up having same brand substitutions ok they look at you like you're crazy & shift the blame to you in whatever way they can. On multiple occasions, the photo counter ignored myself and other customers for ages while I stood patiently waiting to grab an order. Not even a single "hi mam, be with you in a few mins" just straight up looked at me and kept going about their business for 10-12 mins. Talking with coworkers, hiding in the back, etc. Seriously need to retrain this branch. Beyond horrible. read more

Was on the phone for 50 minutes, "3 callers ahead of you, ...2 callers ahead of you, ...1 called ahead of you, ...we'll be with you shortly" before they hung up on me after I waited on the line for 50 minutes to see if I could come in for my COVID test appointment. This pharmacy is seriously very frustrating. 3 different days I had to go to get my kids Antibiotics! After also the fact that they told my my prescriptions were ready. I get there and they said I have to wait 5-10mins. I go in the store then try to get the meds.... Only so the pharmacist can tell me they only have one because they are out of stock. Whyyyy did they said they were both ready before going to the store? And why would guy tell me they are out of stock??? Seriously very slow, inaccurate and waste of time. Pharmacy drive-thru proves that customer service is not a priority. I was the last one in line - and had been for twenty minutes - and they closed the pharmacy drive thru after helping the person in front of me, not bothering to check that there was literally one person left to help. read more

The picture you already have in your head of the interior of a Walgreen's is most likely accurate of this one. They are all set up to seem like the same store. The automatic doors opening as if to welcome you. The cashiers waiting to help. The ordered short rows with all the familiar drug store items (junky candy, dollar items, cards, enema bags...). I am not one to use a pharmacy slash convenience store for my photo development normally but I had an option to order my digital photos directly to a Walgreen's. They let you know when the prints are ready by email and you can pick them up within 24 hours. Sounds convenient and everything is computerized. Everything seemed great. Went and picked them up without event. Got home and opened my envelope. It appeared as if the photos were dropped on the floor and shuffled back together. The were outrageously out of order. Even doubles were separated by great divides. What could have been an average experience in a robotic world of Walgreen's was just disappointing and a lot more work that I expected. "Meh. If I could give zero stars I would. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLE. Their pharmacy techs are RUDE as hell and cut you off in the middle of a sentence and out the phone down. They never have the medicine in stock that is called in. They are terrible about ordering it when it's out of stock. You have to hound them to get it ordered when it's out of stock. These are basic everyday prescribed meds like antibiotics. I've lived in three states and always used Walgreens and this is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever had the unfortunate circumstances to deal with. SMDH. read more
