They had the item I needed but no bathroom for customers. 2 stars deserved. The clerk was not helpful with directions either.

Horrible customer service, such racist personal they have in this location I have gone to multiple Walgreens and have never been treated this bad. I get that bathroom policy and all. But I was not even gonna do anything I was in my work clothes and was in need to a restroom I been purchased items for them to let me use the restroom. What makes it worse the cashier the was charging me and that one I told if I could use the restroom saw me up and down and said no it only for staff when I clearly saw a sing saying for customer and saw a person which in now view has a uniform on. And exited the store like nothing. Just unprofessional service in this location. With no right of saying no when clearly their policy say otherwise wise. Also their management is incapable of answering simple question. How can you say you just changed you policy of bathrooms but not take off any miss information. I call and spoke to this store manager supper rude and hang up on me. You guys should be a shame of the poor customer service you provide. You all are just some racist people. read more

Loooooonnnnnnggggggg wait times at pharmacy. 20-30 minutes is common. These guys operate with as little staff as possible to improve profits. Customer service isn't something they invest in here. Quality of employees is sub par as well. I'm just getting up to the window and...bam. They closed it, even though I was in line before closing. Worst store ever. read more

This Walgreens has been around for more than a decade and it's always somewhere I can go to find really any gift for any type of person or a grocery or medicine that's needed. I haven't had to use the Pharmacy is many many 6ears but it use to be my preferred Pharmacy until I switched to King Soopers. This location. Just remodeled their check-out area. Looks good but the way you enter into the line is a bit "out of the way". I do think opening a section up and closing the current entrance, would be a pretty flow of things. I went for a last minute Elf on the Shelf gift and I found the perfect one! The shelves were stocked and I didn't have to wait long in line. The lady that helped me was very, very nice! The staff here is generally very competent and patient with their difficult circumstances. By circumstances, I mean that Walgreens is greatly understaffed overall. I'm guessing that some salaries are also low. Still, the staff, overall, had been helpful. The pharmacy is not where you want to go. They are constantly not prepared with an order even when they say your order is ready. They have sent my prescriptions to other pharmacies in another town causing drama, and, total inconvenience. No apology either. Walgreens operates on the cheap. Avoid them. read more

Doctors go to school for a teensy bit longer than a pharmacist, right? Well, my doctor wrote a prescription. For a medication that one typically takes for 5-10 days a month. However, the dosage varies to tolerance, so she wrote the prescription so that I could fill "30 pills" at once to (a) save me money if insurance paid for any of it and (b) so I could have the pills on hand to adjust my dose as needed/instructed. This Walgreens decided they knew better, and only filled 4 pills. Even the instructions said to take 5--so they corrected that rather quickly...but refused to fill the full 30 days. Was it an insurance problem? No. Could they? (I asked.) Yes. Would they? No. Why? I never got an answer to this. I wrote a letter to the company, which apparently warranted a "Sorry, here's a gift card!" response...but did this fix the problem? Nope. Instead, I have to go back and fill the prescription every few days if I need to change the dose. But really, I think I'll just switch pharmacies. I might still use Walgreens for random little "forgot to get" items that they have, but...well, seriously? The 24-hour pharmacy convenience does not out weigh service. And by service, I mean "following my doctors instructions with prescriptions". (That said--I may just switch Walgreens and try another one to see if that particular pharmacist is the problem.) read more

Went there today, extremely rude customer service from a female at the cash register, absolute zero help or kindness, just twirled her hair with a rude ass blank look. She had a grey vest on, could have been a manager, who knows. Surprised, past experiences there were ok but I will definitely choose another Walgreens next time. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this store or pharmacy... Sabrina is a store manager and when I called to file a complaint, she basically defended the person I wanted to file a complaint against. Very nonchalant, rude condescending, and said I should just go somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled. I had surgery today and needed that medication, I waited in line 40 minutes just to be turned away, without a proper explanation of what was going on. The pharmacist could have spoke with me and explained the situation, but she chose not to and this escalated. Yes I will be going somewhere else, but I still want to file a complaint! I have been going to the store for 11 years getting my prescriptions filled and this is the way I get treated. The pharmacist who I want to file the complaint against was worse than Sabrina. She actually went into my medical record, phoned my doctor and told him misinformation about my prescriptions. She had no right to go through my medical records, without some sort of probable cause. Which she did not have. Or contact my doctor without knowing the entire situation, or without having some sort of reason behind what she did. When I asked her why she did this, she told me because she can. That it's her license, and she can go through anybody file that she wants with or without any sort of probable cause. I thought HIPAA existed in this world? And she said if anybody sends a prescription in she has the right to review their medical files. I would give this place a negative if possible! None of this would have happened if the pharmacists spoke to me while I was there and explained to me what was going on. I feel as if my medical and prescription confidentiality has been violated by this woman. Makes you wonder if she's looking through your file just for the hell of it. read more

My experience with this particular Walgreens has been just the opposite of Kimberly's. I'm also on a prescription with a varying dosage - my dosage depends on the results of my periodic blood tests. I would be absolutely incensed and furious if they did to me what Kimberly describes! So I'm not knocking her at all... In my case the problem is with the insurance company, which is always insisting that I'm trying to refill my prescription too early. And bless their hearts, the gals at the pharmacy always seem to get it straightened out for me. Considering the seriousness of the problem for which I'm on the medication, and that I'll just quickly wind up in the hospital again if I run out and suddenly quit taking my pills, I am giving this Walgreen's five stars and my sincerest thanks!! read more

This is the only pharmacy that will get the prescription from the pharmaceutical company that I need it from. The staff is one of the nicest anywhere, for the entire store. It's a small store so they sometimes don't have what I need, but they do the best they can with the space they have. read more

I made two trips to this store for the same prescription. An issue with the prescription had been resolved three months prior with the insurance company. The pharmacy had no record of the resolution. Instead, the pharmacy tech asked me to get additional information which I did. I received a reminder by text to return for the prescription. After waiting 25 minutes, once again, I was told the question had not been resolved with the insurance company and my doctor had been contacted for more information. Complicating these two trips to this Walgreens, during the pandemic, masks are required in retail establishments but this store is not enforcing the social distancing and mask requirement. Several people in the store were not wearing masks and were not social distancing with no intervention by the store staff. After speaking to the pharmacy manager and the store manager, both did not apologize but gave excuses about the mistakes. The store manager admitted the store would not be enforcing the mask requirement because they did not like the conflict with the non-mask people. I believe this puts its customers at risk! Walgreens needs to do better job at this store in supporting its customers and its staff through difficult times. read more

This Walgreens is Absolutely horrible, not only do they make decisions that they're not qualified to make, especially when a doctor wrote the prescription they act like they know better, simply stated this is not the correct attitude to have in the industry they're in! I've been to Walgreens all over and never have I met a location that screws their patients over like this Walgreens does, their staff is so rude and care not about their patients, I have the flu, my doctor called in a flu med, and they didn't have it, but one of their other locations had it, but they weren't even going to try and get from another location, just make me go without the medication, which I can't go back to work until this is going, also the pharmacist commonly turns down refills with NO REAL REASONS, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. This has been our pharm for more than 10 years and they have been going steadily downhill. It all started when they stopped staying open 24 hours (I guess since there are no other 24 hour pharms in the area they figure they don't have to anymore). The service is terrible now, with mixups with insurance coverage, not having scripts, etc. The worst was today. My wife recently had surgery and has developed an infection. The doctor called in an urgent prescription around 9:45, and the pharm opens at 10am. I got to them at 11am, expecting that it was filled only to find out they "hadn't checked their messages yet" and I should come back in another hour. How can they expect to operate if a full hour after opening they still haven't checked their doctor's messages? read more
