My mother and son were coupon shopping and there was a young man, in his early 20's that saw my Mom pushing her FULLcart up to the counter and he very irratatedly and rudely says" oh sh*t, you gotta be kidding me." So he grabbed his keys and walked away and just left them standing there, my son looked out and saw him get in his car and drive off. I think it's just crazy the amount of people who are just down right rude and lazy. Like if you can't handle the last 10 minutes of your shift, then just clock out and go home. So rude and it happens more often than it should. They stood there for a while before anyone came to help.​ read more

Their male pharmacist is beyond rude. My doctor's office said they only deal with rude representatives there and I finally got to experience it myself when I called today 3/12 at 7:05 and asked a simple question. Take your business elsewhere if you can! Hopefully their manager sees all these complaints & gets some better staff. read more

I had an item delivered for safe keeping, and the package was delivered by UPS. Which they do not accept in the first place, but I told the clerk when you order an item online, you don't get to pick what carrier makes the delivery. If it is FedEx or UPS or DHL, you can't decide that. So, I did get a notice that I had a delivery made at this Walgreens and it was dropped off at the front desk/reception area/mail room. When I called, I spoke to a young person who did not know much and she put me on hold, then I spoke to the online duty manager. She said they looked everywhere in the store and could not find it. Then the young person got back on the phone and said they can see someone picking up the package and said to me that is either you or a family member. No, it is not me, I never came in to pick up the package. So, it was delivered there because the young person said she saw on the cameras that a person picked it up and walked out of the store. Well I was NOT the person they saw. I wanted to pick up my package today that was my reason for calling to make sure it was at this store. Do they NOT CHECK IDS TO MAKE SURE IT IS THE CORRECT PARTY receiving the package!!! Not good business practices for sure! Whenever I go into this store, the female clerk with the short purple hair is always unfriendly and seems to be put out to even help me with something and she is always mad! Their customer service at this particular store SUCKS ASS!!! I will not be using this Walgreens again nor will I have anything FEDEX ONLY delivered there to hold for me again. Worst help, and terrible at trying to help out a customer. A loyal customer!!! They suck for real! read more

Horrible experience. I take an injection every month. Been coming here for a year now and the number of times they have not had my medication is ridiculous and is having a negative affect on my health. The worst part? Their customer service is horrible and they never let you know what's going on until time has dragged on and you have to constantly reach out to them to find out what's happening. Cancel your prescription order? Good luck getting them to notify you! The store manager Melissa, assistant store manager Gayle, and the District Manager of District 300 Amy, obviously need to lose their jobs because they can't appropriately staff or manage their teams. read more

Do not rely on this location for your pharmacy needs. They will not have the scrip you need when you need it, it will take more than a week to get it in, and they will not be able to tell you when they will have it. And forget trying to call to get a status...you will wait 20+ min of being put on hold, ring, put on hold, and so on. I recommend driving the extra distance to another pharmacy. And yea, I know this is Christmas Eve. But that's when you really need your pharmacy to step up and deliver. Total disappointment with Walgreens... read more

Terrible customer service. They change hours regularly, and if you have to call the pharmacy here you better have an hour at least. They will pick up and put you back on hold till it rings through and then just pick up and put you back. Maybe say into the phone be with you when we can and hang up. I had an appointment for a Covid vaccine. I was told, in the instructions, to arrive 15 minutes early or they might have to reschedule my appointment. I did. No one at that time was waiting for a vaccine. I waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time. I asked a couple of times when I would get my shot and was told in a few minutes. Still no one else was waiting for a vaccine. About I'll 60 seconds before they closed for lunch, someone came running out, jabbed me in the arm, and I was done. It was such a rush job, I was worried it might not even be a Covid vaccine. What is the point of an appointment if they ignore them? I would've understood more if they seemed busy. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Walgreens since they're usually open 24/7 and have a huge collection of pretty much everything you'd like to browse through at a convenience/drug store. Goodies, useful goodies, and more useless goodies. I'm guilty of cruising through the isles and dropping in random items into my basket. This Walgreens is just as great as any other in the nation. The only reason why I give them two stars is because one day I was shopping with my "club card" in mind and the lady at the register didn't ask if I had a card (which they usually do 100% of the time). Yes, my bad!! I really should have known better and took matters into my own hands. Here is what really got to me. I literally took two steps away from the register and that employee immediately asked the next person, "Do you have a rewards card?" GRRR! Okay, this might be a little much but this is what I observed. The register lady didn't say hello to me nor did she smile when I said hello. She looked like she was just going through the motion to get me outta there quick. She seriously had the nerve to snicker when I handed her a hundred dollar bill. Excuse me? What's that suppose to mean?! As I looked back, the employee cheered right up when the next lady came up. She even started small talk. Both ladies were seemingly of the same race. Yup, I didn't want to say it but it seemed like she was stereotyping me and might even be... culture intolerant. Just because I am who I am doesn't mean I wouldn't appreciate saving $5 off of my purchase. Why is it so rare to find awesome employees these days?! read more

Six people in line.... Five workers in pharmacy none of whom are attending to the customers in line. After over ten minutes of waiting and our presence not being recognized by staff, I finally called out asking for help. Staff said they were unaware customers were waiting! Definitely not customer oriented. No longer get scripts here either because of continued issues and poor service. read more

The woman who rang me up was incredibly nice and friendly! I believe her name was Olivia. Very helpful and knows what she is doing. Helped resolve my issue with my return and even helped me sign up for the new reward program. Not to mention, they keep the store clean, as I see employees cleaning counters, pin pads and all the carts and baskets. Even when I walk in, I'm always greeted with a welcome. I always am able to find what I'm looking for and the staff is able to help me whenever I need assistance. Come here for your convenience needs! read more

If you're going to go to Walgreens, go to this one. Helpful pharmacy staff that listens to you, AND your doctors instructions. Will readily answer questions, even when you fill the prescription somewhere else. Head and shoulders above my experience at the Walgreens on Main. read more

These gals continue to smile and keep moving after being over worked, yelled at by rude patients, and treated like fast food. I know I could not do the work they do. We use this pharmacy since it's closest to our house, however it's an extreme exercise on patience anytime we visit. I often sit at the drive through for 20 minutes before anyone assists me and inside the store you can expect a 10 minute wait per person at the counter. Even if you are just picking up something that's already been filled, expect any visit to be ~30 minutes. read more

I needed a medication for my son and Blue shields Blue Cross would not pay for because the cream he had was supposed to least for a month. When I called for a refill they said they would call the insurance asking to overwrite such thing and that I could pick it up after 9pm, they closed at 10pm. I got there at 9 to find out they were closed. After asking an employee, she got me the old pharmacist which wanted to charge me the full amount. He said the insurance did not approve and "that's why I have to stand here having this unpleasant conversation with you." He would not give me the number he called because his computer was already turned down. Every time I go to that store it has been unpleasant and everything I got from there has always been very poor quality. I'm done with that store. read more

This place is a joke. Very rude young cashier who told me to go to another store because my girl friend who was just getting a soda needed a ID in order for me to buy cigarettes.
